“I called 5 different SW in the area looking for a specific paint. This paint was discontinued. I was told by one store that I would not find this paint at any other SW. it would be “one here/one there.” I asked another store if they could check other stores in the area and they stated they could not. I finally called Muskego and Frank answered. After he informed me they did not have enough of what I was looking for, I thanked him for his time. He then proceeded to ask me if I would like him to check other stores in the area. He immediately checked the inventory at another store and told me they should have what I needed. He also gave me the number. I really appreciate Frank for going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this store! Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond!”

“The team at the Shorewood Sherwin Williams stores was knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm confident that the type of paint I purchased is the right selection for quality as well as color for the projects I'm working on.However, I learned that there's no ceiling paint for at least 5 months now. SW really MUST have an alternative product that's cost competitive for customers, or we simply go to Menards or Home Depot - where paint is cheaper, to buy ceiling paint, as well as other paint and supplies.”
