We bought a mattress for my great grandma and the sales associate talked to her in a child like voice and kept asking her to lay on the beds despite her not being able to get in them due to back pain that we explained multiple times. We paid for the mattress and the associate kept trying to upsell us and take advantage. The process took way too long and then when everything was said and done suddenly that mattress wasn’t available until 9 days when we had explicitly explained the whole reason we were there was to pickup same day. This should have been caught before she paid. The refund process was long and the associate kept trying to sell us other things. Disappointed by this experience and right afterwards we went to Verlo and were in and out within 15minutes and spent 15% less and they make all their own mattresses.

Jim was great to work with. His no hassle, no pressure sales style got us to return to the store to make our purchase. Can’t wait to receive our new bed and adjustable frame.

Returning customer here. This was our 2nd time going to Matress Firm on 76th St. You can't beat the customer service there. Jim was very helpful answering our questions and getting our bed ordered. He made it so easy.

I went to the Mattress Firm on 76th St. In Greenfield. I bought a mattress I was unsure about. After trying it for 12 weeks, I knew I had to exchange it. I went back and meet Jim the manager. He listened and without hesitation, he set me up with a return and a more appropriate mattress. That was a Tuesday and by Sunday I had my new mattress delivered. (faster than the first mattress delivery) He was professional and kind. He cared about my issue and corrected it.
It's been 2 weeks now and I am so happy with my new mattress. I am very Greatful to Jim!! They do honor their 120 day sleep guarantee policy.
