Sherain in the Sephora Department was very personable and professional! She greeted me with a smile as I walked into the Kohls store as well as the Sephora Department. Sherain had me enter in my e-mail and phone number, which she informed me it would help me gain more points. The transaction was altogether efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly!

I gave this store a 4 star last year. Tonight, not so much. App wouldn't work at checkout and I have difficulty regularly. And while he was checking out, I needed to pay a visit to the ladies' room. 3 stalls...1 was not functioning, 2 were taken. I tried to wait patiently, though I really needed to "go"! No noise coming from either stall. Finally, after a decently long wait, an employee comes out of 1 of the stalls--on her phone. There was no flushing or water movement from her. Not that it's my business what she does on her time, but when people are waiting, please be considerate and give it up. By the time I got there, I REALLY had to pee... no stopping it; then, I reach down and there's no tissue. Drip, drip. ??♀️ Go to wash my hands and there's no soap. Try to let someone at the front know at least to replenish tissue...only 1 associate, who's busy. I'm tired of waiting at this point and just walk out. I don't usually rant but this was really disappointing for Kohls, all around disappointing.

Went into this kohl's to return something from amazon. Which I've never had a problem before.I get out of work at eight o'clock. The young girl behind the counter said no, we close at 8 o'clock .She refused to take my return. I believe the manager was calling out to her and she refused to respond.I didn't have all night to scan there. I will make sure that amazon knows this....
