“Been here a few times to look at some furniture and found a couch set that would work, but I wanted to save up a little more money before buying that one. So I was in and out a few times, but The employees were not pushy at all and that was great. Super helpful all the way through. But when I came back to buy the one I wanted, there was another one that was way more fitting for what we needed. It was a little more expensive but I was able to save up enough to get the one that I really liked. We had it delivered and everything was super smooth, the couch is so comfortable and my family loves it. Actually, it brought us closer together. Great positive experience all the way through.”
“At home has a decent collection of home furnishings. We were looking for some outdoor patio furniture. Plenty to choose from but we didn't find exactly what we needed. Maybe next time.”

“Chris, my sales rep, was pleasant, patient, and informative. He went the extra mile to get the delivery date that I requested. He had to get management’s approval to override the system. He then had to manually re-add each piece of furniture I purchased.
I will definitely be looking for Chris the next time I shop at Steinhafels.”

“We came in several times looking at furniture. We ended up using the design service, which turned out to be a good idea. We had Oscar go over some of our thoughts for the Southwest design of our living room. After coming to see our home and measuring, Oscar did a great job incorporating our likes into his vision. The presentation was fantastic and we were onboard immediately. Oscar is very personable, professional and made the whole process enjoyable.
