I was introduced to Hayat after a Dr.'s appointment in the same building. I have been back 3 times since. Plus, they even delivered a prescription (I am temporarily non-ambulatory).The staff is BEYOND amazing! I always feel welcome. The staff is personable; yet, professional. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. I can't say enough. THANK YOU!!Please note: I do not write many reviews.

Great pharmacy. They deliver or you can stop by and pick up your medications. They even handle injections with nurses that will stop by to administer it. The only downside, and a small one, is sometimes I get transferred while calling them and I am unable to reach the department I'm looking for. But this Hayat location is close enough for me to pick up my meds during my walks. The staff is really kind and considerate, especially the nurses that give me my injections. And since Walgreens does not deliver medications, this is the best alternative to get what I need. Thank you Hayat for being such a great service to myself and the surrounding Milwaukee area, you deserve all five stars I'm giving you.

This is hands down the greatest Pharmacy ever!!! I have always been treated with respect here. I’ve never been judged here like other pharmacies for the type of medication I receive and have never been given a hard time about filling my meds either. I’ve even moved to Burlington and I still use Hayat, it’s with the 30+ miles I have to travel just to get my medication, I won’t go anywhere else, even if they don’t have my meds in stock they get them quick, even meds that other pharmacies don’t have in stock Hayat makes sure they have them!!!! GREAT JOB HAYAT!!!!

6/28/22Unfortunately I have to change my review of this pharmacy. Because of the economy the way it is and everyone being short staffed; customer care is not like it used to be. They have such a quick turn around in employees that it is effecting their usually compassionate and great customer service skillsI do not give out 5 star reviews, but I am so pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this pharmacy. I have had the pharmacist and even the owner of the Hayat pharmacies bend over backwards to make sure I get my prescription; even when my PA has been rejected by my insurance. I also love that they offer free delivery! I also wanted to especailly thank Manal and Areli. Thanks to Areli’s hard work and dedication she was able to obtain information regarding my insurance. She knows the ins and outs of state insurance as she is in constant communication. Thank you ladies!!

The lab nurse is not friendly at all she don’t know how to take the blood and she can’t get blood in 1 hand she switched hands even after she switch hand she can’t get the blood so not professional she even yelled at me for no reason I will not recommend this place to go for lab

After experiencing issues over the phone with a tech, the manager personally called me to understand the problem and then hand delivered my prescription. Upon delivery, he was very courteous and practiced covid guidelines. I appreciate the follow and due diligence. I will continue to use the pharmacy. Thanks for the great customer service!

Been with hayat for years. Moved to waukesha and switched to pewaukee but then they closed so I moved to this one.. worst one yet. Probably switching companies all together. Whether you know the customer is wrong or not, do not argue with them.It is not about the delivery, it was about the staff member arguing with a customer. No need for that..

Hayat Pharmacy carries at home C-19 tests for less than $30. I went to 4 Walgreens before calling Hayat, and every one was out of affordable C-19 test. There was no line, and the pharmacist was incredibly jovial. This is a real pharmacy, not the McDonalds of drug stores.

One of my mother’s blood pressure medication was stopped for a year. The pharmacy did not notify us that the prescription was denied. When I called and asked the response I got is “ she is on another BP medication and MAY BE that’s why the other medication was stopped. This not only a bad service, this is very dangerous. I switched both my parents to Aurora.
