Good selection of mattresses. Details are provided for each mattress. Customer service is available by phone. It was a great experience and I plan to buy another mattress soon. Communication about delivery was very good too.

I bought a mattress two years ago but it sunk in the center, I figured I would be out of luck, but Nancy in the warranty department Told me that I was covered and after refunds, upgrading costwise about another four hundred dollars, CC discounts and redelivery fee it only cost me about 200 bucks. I don't put much faith in people's "guarantees" but I admit I am surprised and totally pleased!!!??

Cheap, poor quality and rude delivery drivers. Avoid the adjustable frames at all cost. The one I bought broke within less than 8 months from purchase. Spoke to customer service and they pretty could careless. I’ll never buy anything from here again.

As promised, there were no associates present. The store was very clean. Many mattresses to try out in different sizes, as well. I'm not sure if the prices are better here but they are definitely comparable to other stores and there are very good deals available, too. I enjoyed this shopping experience very much and am also enjoying the new mattress!

I loved this whole process. I walked into the store tried a bunch of mattresses and one was perfect. I got a hybrid by Sealy called Albany. Could not be happier in every way. I called the 888# at the store and the person guided me through the entire purchase. Delivered in a day. They even worked with me for the delivery. Can't say enough good about this experience. Didn't miss the pressure and time lost to a sales person. I love this bed, price, delivery. I highly recommend buying from this Store!

We purchased one of their mattresses, although there was a blip over our delivery in the end the manager made a special trip to deliver our mattressWe were very thankful for their extra effort.
