Our vet was so kind and helpful when our dog hurt herself. He was able to diagnose the problem and got her back to normal in a few days.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to both me and my dog. The clinic is very clean. I appreciate how much they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet.

Our visit was quick and efficient and the staff were kind and compassionate. The waiting room even had monsters inc on to the tv to entertain my little one while we waited for our pet.

I took my bichon to Greenfield vet for nearly 18 years & always thought they were compassionate & kind. After so many years of care, she passed away. Dr. Work was there and help us through what was a very difficult time. I took donuts & a card to thank the doctors & staff. Much to my disappointment I did not receive any condolences when I needed it the most, from Dr. Taylor who was my bichon's primary vet for nearly 18 years! A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. It breaks my heart to know that that Dr. Taylor is not the kind & compassionate vet I always believed he was.

Everyone (including the front desk, the vet techs, and the doctor) was so kind and helpful! There was some wait time but it was worth it! Dr. Work took his time with us and was patient with my two scaredy cats! Highly recommend!!!

Terrific vet! The staff are really great and act like they love their jobs. There are closer vets where I live but Greenfield Clinic is worth the drive.

I highly recommend this clinic. My 1 year old dog had a cherry eye and it started to infect the cornea of her eye, which needed surgery very soon so that she didn't lose her vision. The vet fit in a surgery the next morning and it went amazing! Her eye is much better and I thought it was so generous of him to get us in that quickly. Super kind staff and very helpful.

Yesterday, I called (in a panic) as I had discovered my 19 1/2 year old long haired kitty had a back claw which was embedded or partially so. They fit me into their schedule at the end of the day; fixed the problem claw and trimmed the rest of her claws. The pet care at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic is exceptional!

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the experiences I have had with your clinic. As a first-time pet parent, I found the level of care and responsiveness lacking from the very beginning.
During our initial visit, I was unfamiliar with the process and was asked to weigh my dog using a machine I didn't know how to operate. Additionally, I was asked whether my dog's nails needed trimming and his ears needed cleaning, but the nail trim request was not communicated to the vet tech. Moreover, when I inquired about our young puppy, I found the vet’s responses to be unhelpful. Additionally, there was a billing issue where the first facial test was not charged initially, resulting in an unexpected additional charge.
On our second visit for a round of puppy shots, my dog was not weighed, which seemed concerning as it affects the correct dosage for vaccinations. The paperwork indicated that his weight was the same as during a previous visit a month earlier, despite rapid growth and weight gain.
During the third visit, we addressed an issue with eye irritation. The vet prescribed steroids and recommended switching to Hills Salmon food. However, we found this food to be difficult to source and more expensive than anticipated. After the steroids' the eye irritation persisted. I called and was told to provide a picture in which the vet prescribed a topical cream, without instruction of how to apply and without a physical examination. The irritation worsened, leading to infection in both eyes. Despite contacting the clinic for further assistance,, I was told it would be a least five days before an appointment could be scheduled, with no interim guidance.
We sought help from another veterinary clinic, which provided immediate and comprehensive care, including a thorough examination, more appropriate treatment, and detailed application instructions. Our puppy’s condition improved significantly after the new treatment.
Following these experiences, it is clear that we did not receive the level of care we expected from your clinic. Despite the high ratings, the lack of effective communication and treatment has led us to seek services elsewhere. We have found a clinic that offers the compassionate and attentive care that our pet deserves.

This was our first visit to Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. I can say without hesitation that our experience was fantastic!! The entire staff and Doctor were super great. They made our little girl Minny feel like right at home. My wife and I were so pleased and happy because we now have found Greenfield Veterinary Clinic the place to call home for Minny.
