I hate that this location is closing. Al of the employees I interacted with were great. I love the convenience of shopping and getting lottery tickets. They have awesome sales as well!

This festival foods location on South 27th Street is one of the best locations the customer service is amazing I was in there two times and was short on how much I owed and I had to call over a manager so they can take off what I need them to take off so I had enough money to pay for all my order when they came over and I told them that I had to do that because I was a little short on money the manager literally went into their wallet pulled out your debit card and paid for what I was short and told me not to worry about it after I told him I would come back and pay him what I owed him for paying the rest of what I owed and he told me don't worry about it it's on him he took care of it and he doesn't want anything in return. If you ask me that is what a grocery store in a neighborhood or your neighborhood grocery store should be like I going to pick n save in Walmart and I never ever get good customer service I literally stopped going to both stores no matter what the prices are or a festival foods is a little bit more expensive because it is it is worth it to have the customer service that they have at festival foods on South 27th Street it is worth it to spend a little bit more money to get the service that you get at this location it is really sad to see that they are closing this location down I really really wish this wouldn't be happening a lot of people are going to lose their jobs and it's not fair they go there every day and they do their job and they are one of the best stores here around hereand I just want to say I really hope that these people that are losing their jobs really get placed at these other locations around here like they're saying they're going to do because it would be so unfair to have these people that have done their job and have excellent customer service skills it would be really sad for them to have to lose their job and look for another job but I will tell you by far this is the best grocery store around right now and the customer service is excellent no other stores around here have customer service like festival foods!!!!

Food is fresh and good. Everything is clean. Prices are higher than Walmart. I go there because they got good potato salad. They are closing in November, because of to much theft.

Super clean store, friendly staff everywhere. went up and down every aile of the store, found items that were.maked down to buy it now prices. a great liquor department, and fast check out lines.

The CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST grocery store in Wisconsin. I wish the produce section was larger and had more variety, but overall, fantastic store.
