Taylor took the time with us we needed to make a confident decision, not only on which bike to buy, but on even if we should spend that much money (it was a lot for us!). He graciously answered a lot of questions!! And we came home (we live an 90 minutes away) with an awesome Cobalt Blue Aventon Adventure 2. We are happy!!
Taylor did a good job, knew his stuff.

We brought my wife’s bike in because it wasn’t shifting correctly. The tech guy said he’d look at it and try flushing the shift mechanism but that might not take care of the problem. He said it might need to be replaced and it was around $30 for the part and they had been on back order so it could be a couple weeks. We were home maybe to our surprise 3-4 hours later we got a text that the bike was ready! We are extremely happy with the service and all the people are very friendly, helpful, and honest!

My wife and I have been researching e-bikes for a while. Independent reviews led us to Erik’s, where the brands we were considering were sold and, equally important, serviced. Every interaction with the staff at Erik’s was excellent! We were greeted and assisted quickly, and all my questions were answered. There was zero pressure to make any sort of decision, but instead to an invitation to do some exploring, comparing, and test riding prior to purchase. We are very happy to finally have the bikes we’ve been dreaming about, and confident that Erik’s will stand behind our purchases with support and service. If relationship and support are important to you, don’t stop shopping until you have shopped Erik’s!

Second time taking our tire tube to be replaced. Was informed about “slime” for tires and never heard of it before. After our trip there, we went ahead and bought two bottles for emergency use. Thanks so much for the fast work and advice!
