Waiting well over 1/2 hour for appt prior people just went back and their appt was for an hour ago a few people were told they did not have appt needed to show proof their appt they need more help obviously

I would not recommend using this business for TSA precheck if you have another option. I have been here for about an hour, well past my appointment time.When I arrived for my appointment, the person working at the desk pointed to a tablet for me to sign myself in. She did not even say hi. I assumed that I was checked in for my appointment.I waited 45 minutes before asking another employee when my time might be called. He discovered that I was not actually checked in. He claims that I will be next.I told the 6 other people in the waiting room my experience and 3 of them found out they were not on the list either even though they had checked themselves on.I was told that there is a 3rd party that schedules appointments for this location and that they are often overbooked.This is not an acceptable excuse.I did my part and was here on time, just like all these other people.Get it together.

For a drug testing place it is what it is. But as far as staff being knowledgeable about what they are doing or how to read or even explain properly what the results mean is sad. Then the lady cut I think more than she needed given that she left half of what she cut still in my hair. Not professional or knowledgeable.

Was in there yesterday to give them a beautiful specimen on mine for testing. I than handed it to the beautiful lady. She then proceeded to handle it with so much care. I was super impressed by how she did that and the testing. They all are super experienced and friendly. If I have to I will gladly come back to void into the cup. Thank you!

Made an appointment and sat in a packed lobby, I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time before being taken. Not one time did the ONE worker at this location apologized to the lobby full of clients. I'm hopeful that this was a result of bad employee scheduling. When we finally asked the lone person working there about the delay she curtly responded "I can only take one person at a time." And blamed the scheduling service. I will never be using this location again.

Great experience with fieldprint! No wait time at all. Private room for your added security. Excellent kind staff. And to top it off its a woman owned business. The other locations listed on fieldprint are within UPS store which is very busy-so I was very happy to have this location available for my convenience. Thanks guys!

I voided my urine into a cup and gave it to the nice lady. Pretty standard procedure for urinalysis. I would return again if sent here for a future urinalysis
