“Had a monthly pass, but would often be sitting and waiting for the other lane to finish making payment before it would open the gate and let me in. Suggest making one of the lanes for monthly pass users only to speed up their visit, and keep them from waiting unnecessarily.”

“Very classy, friendly, hardworking and attention to detail in doing the best job possible. I took my Toyota Camry to have the interior detailed today. They did an amazing job! I didn't realize how long a detailing job takes and didn't arrange a ride, the workers were really nice about me sitting there half the day. They checked on me and gave me updates on how things were going. They got all of the old stains out, when my car was finished they looked it over with me and they left a new micro soft towel folded with some mints in it on the console.”
“Bought a car for my kids. Got a good deal on it, but it was filthy on the inside. Really, really filthy. She quoted me a little more than her regular price, which was very fair. My expectations were exceeded in every possible way. The car looks absolutely amazing! Hope my kids keep that way. Wish I had before and after photos, but I'm not that organized.”

Todd and Keith are excellent at coordinating repair and maintenance and Jim who is Installer/Maintenace is phenomenal with his knowledge and response to issues and getting them resolved quickly and efficiently. They are a wealth of knowledge that anyone would be lucky to have! Thank you for being awesome! Keith has been awesome at getting the parts we need even through the difficulty of parts at these times! 10/10 could not recommend more!”

I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! “Nice hours. Wash plan is convenient, and I wash often. When i started my monthly plan, i could wash my car whenever I wanted like other providers. Now it's only once a day, which is very disappointing. Sometimes the machinery is broken, and the tire shine i pay for with my wash is not on my car. If you happened to notice, there was an employee who would allow you to manually apply a small amount yourself, but i haven't seen him in months. I need my value for my dollars in this day and age.”

Her efficiency in checking me in and signing me up for a monthly car wash plan was truly impressive. Not only did she exhibit professionalism, but her genuine niceness and excellent service stood out. “Workers didn’t open garage door. My car was slammed into the door by the automatic system 5 times bending the garage door locking me in causing me to be late to work. They assured me a manager will call me, it’s been two days without a call. I’ve called corporate they told me a manger will call me. After the second call corporate once again told me they would take care of it. Going above and beyond, giving me an alt number to get in touch just in case the manager didn’t get to me. 5 minutes later I got a call from the manager very apologetic telling me they would take care of it and the next steps to getting my car fixed. Overall a very inconvenient problem as I just got the car. But staff was very apologetic and as helpful as they could be. As far as corporate goes they get things done. This company cares for their customers. I’ll keep this post updated for the after pictures and confirmation that my car was repaired.”
“Nice-N-Clean is the BEST place for a car wash!I have 2 dogs that love a car ride but you would never know because there's not a single hair left behind after these guys are done with it.Weekdays are the best days to take your car. My car had sticky gross spots that didn’t respond to a first wash and the kind workers not only let me go through 4 TIMES but hand scrubbed some of the spots to get them off and customized my washes each time to maximize the effectiveness. I highly recommend their services and customer first attitude!”
“I was pleasantly surprised how well the touchless wash cleaned. The vacuum also worked well. People commenting the vacuum was weak or didn't work, make sure the machine is set to vacuum, not air. ?If there were a downside, it would be the drying. Although dryers won't completely dry your vehicle, I've seen much better. The tri-polish seemed lacking as well, but it may have just been low.”

“I've been coming here for a while now to get my car washed, mainly because they do the inside. I hadn't been there in a while so my car was reasonably dirty but he did a great job and took the time to get it pretty good. You really can't beat that for $15. I tried the food last time I was there (maybe a month ago). Cheeseburger, might have had bacon on it. Pretty good, I'd probably try something again.”

“Leaves the car cleaner than other carwashes I've been too, I also love how strong their vacuums are when cleaning. Although there's a few worn out of force a bit lol! but the ones that work do a very good job vacuuming very well. Recommended!!”
