It was fine. I have shopped at Bob's a few times. I just purchased a lot of furniture from the Bob's Furniture in Racine.

He was very attentive to what I needed and what was more convenient or suitable for my mother as well. He did not blow me off, which is great and I could take my time on my decision. I did not feel rushed.
