Worst customer service, rude and unprofessional. I bought 65” TV they don’t even deliver the item to my car.I bring it by myself, I requested for screen testing and he declined to do that . Don’t buy any electronics products in that store. It made me unhappy shopping experience.

Front desk was very helpful in telling us where to find the item we needed. The person in that area wasn't familiar with the item. He found it with our help but you'd think they would know their area better.

This is my playground! The only negatives I have are that they don't always have what I need in stock and that I've noticed that employees pick and choose who they help. Other than that, it's always been great products and great prices.

Best Buy was about the only place around that sells phones for the home or office. Looked at two different models and decided on an AT&T 4 phone system. Had high ratings that I saw.

Was greeted at the door, asked about printer ink and was directed to the ink area. They did not have many options for the ink I wanted. No one around to ask. There were a lot of tech folk around, but busy helping others. Settled for what would work. Check out was fine.

I went here to get an iPhone case and the cases were all very expensive for what they are. Ideally I wanted a 3 piece shell with rubber bumper case, but it seems like this style is too bulky and not kept in stock. I think it protected my old phone very well, however, so I had to purchase elsewhere.
The rest of the store was very clean and the staff were friendly.
The entry from the main road needs some adjustment as it is rough and I can imagine compact sedans will scrape and potentially cause damage to their cars. Exiting to the South isn’t much better as there are some large potholes that way.
Overall, it was still a very enjoyable experience. To me, Best Buy remains relevant in the age of online shopping because you can see the products and appliances. and if you have a question, the staff is usually very knowledgeable.
