Love it here. The people love my pet and I can tell. They take such good care of them when they are here. They know them by name and it's always a wonderful feeling knowing my pet is taken care of.
My biggest issue is with corporate and staffing issues. This location has had staffing issues and it's frustrating when you're trying to get things taken care of.
I've yet to meet any employee here who was bad or negative or anything so I'm assuming the issue here is with corporate.... Change your ways corporate.

Love the staff! They have done a great job with my animals but the understaffing is literally making me reconsider a wellness plan. I am stuck with a plan I cannot use. Having to go to urgent vet and pay $150 out of pocket per pet or drive hours to see a Banfield. If this is going to be the only Milwaukee area location, they need to keep the vets wells staffed.

Recommend avoiding wellness plans. Not enough staff that there are days they have no doctor and clients are stuck with wellness plans they cannot use.

Amazing vets, we take all 3 of our kittens here and have gotten fantastic care each and every time. You can tell how much they genuinely care for and love each animal, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The wellness plans are a bit pricey but are definitely worth it, the free office visits & 24/7 pet chat gives us great peace of mind (especially as someone who is always paranoid about my pet’s health). We’d give 6 stars if we could!

It’s been 2years to go to Banfield Hospital in Greenfield WI. I like all vets but I’m not happy about the way to run a business. They close when they don’t have vets which it’s unacceptable! They should open the hospital like the sign says Mon through Fri 8-6. If I know about closing whenever they don’t have staffs, I would not sign up the plan. I will not go back there after my plan expires!!

We have had a lot of issues with this Banfield pet hospital location and will not be renewing our membership with them. Pricing is good, but scheduling is a nightmare. We have had them cancel several appointments on us, the latest one being 30 minutes prior to when we were supposed to go in. When you plan your days around appointments it is really frustrating to have these things happen and not be able to rely on them for care.

I whole-heartedly reccomend fellow pet lovers find a different vet. I took my cat here for two years, and severely regretted it.They repeatedly told me I should switch from my high quality kibble to Purina brand (wonder why, same parent company) even though I told them every time that I used to have my cat on Purina and it made her throw up multiple times a week.In order to treat my cat for pancreatitis, they gave my cat some drug without explaining anything about it to me. When my cat had an allergic reaction to it, and I told them, then they informed me: "oh, well it is a new medication." Real violation of consent.I signed up for their Wellness plan right after I rescued my cat since it seemed like a good alternative to pet insurance for a senior cat. What a mistake! Prices for visits + medication with their "plan" are comparable to what my partner pays for our other cat at a different pet, with no plan or insurance. To top things off, my cat has now passed away, and I cannot cancel the plan for the rest of the year. I am grieving my loss and still stuck paying for a Wellness plan that is now no freaking use to anyone. Except them, to line their pockets.

In November 2022 I took my kitty Kira to the vet because she had lost a lot of weight. I was honest about what I could afford and I asked about prices before I agreed to any tests because I did not want to create a bill I could not pay. They looked at the results of blood work from a year earlier from a different vet that I had in Kira's file. I was told it looked like kidney failure. During the exam, the Dr. looked into Kira's eyes and started to say something, but stopped and told me it would matter. They sold me special food and I left thinking Kira was end-stage and close to the end. Fast forward a year, my Kira is still alive. There was something odd about her eyes and I took her to a different Vet, where I was told she is completely blind due to detached retinas caused by high blood pressure. Nothing can bring back her sight and they prescribed high blood pressure medication to help her. Now if the Banfield's Vet had told me what she saw in Kira's eyes a year ago, and told me that high blood pressure was part of the kidney failure, Kira might not be BLIND NOW. Just because I asked the price of blood work and did not buy a care package, they treated my Kira like she was nothing. NEVER GO THERE, PLEASE STAY AWAY.
