4654 S 76th St, Greenfield“I could not get my car into the mechanic that we normally use for about 5 days. Obviously didn't want to wait that long. Midas got me in in the same day. They checked the brakes thoroughly and numerous people drove tested the car, some for lengthy rides. They assured me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I brought it in a couple days later to have a brake flush. Once again they drove. Tested my car numerous times And I was assured there is nothing wrong with the brakes. I mostly dealt with Aleks and Roman.
I highly recommend them.

However, when I arrived I was told that there was no appointment in the system. I told the intake guy that I had made it a few hours earlier, but apparently the lady I had called never entered it. They were able to get me in, though, and perform the requested service at a reasonable cost.”

I came into the dealer nervous thinking that there was an engine issue, turns out it luckily was not that but I especially want to commend Amanda who helped me through the whole process and was clear, concise and communicated so well with me to ease my worries and anxieties. It took a bit to get my car in the shop (about a week), but the wait was worth it. ? They're clearly busy for a reason.
The repair took about a week and a half - again, worth the wait. And I know some of that is waiting for parts to come in.
Not sure if its their own policy or a perk through my insurance, but they have a lifetime warranty on all of the work that they did to my car.
They also detailed my car before giving it back to me - above and beyond. It feels brand new and the car looks amazing.
