Had a referral to see a neurology doctor. Was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. I Finally called after a week of no call back and was told to call another number to make my appointment. I called the new number and was told the other clinic was supposed to make the appointment. But the lady asked what the appointment was for and was told the Doctor doesn't do that type of appointment anymore. The clinic at 9000 Sura ln should have told me that a week ago. I wouldn't trust this clinic for anything major because they are not dependable. They can't even call a person back.

I love comming here for my OBGYN visits. I don't have to treck through a hospital, I got right up to the 4th floor and it's super quick. My OB is Billie Joe Cornett. She's amazing. She really helps me understand my health as a female and her personality is fun and bubbly. I've never had problems with the staff here and they always are very pleasant. Highly recommend if you need to come for a prenatal check or just an annual with your OBGYN you'll be shocked how much easier it is to come to the doctor!

Most times I have a good experience here, as of lately their billing department and physical therapy department has seriously been lacking in their ability to provide customer service/care... I really hope that they fix whatever changed...

I had ankle surgery done here a week ago. The day after my procedure I developed a horrendous cough, the bridge of my nose was sore, and I had a chipped front tooth. There were no explanation once I woke up from my procedure as to what had all occured. Dr.Sienkiewicz was the surgeon and Dr.Fish was the anesthesiologist. Neither were there upon wakening.

I do not recommend this facility at all. I went in for a hand surgery and was lead to believe it was be a quick and considerably cheap process. That was not correct at all. Sure the surgery went fine but after it’s all said and done they are trying to have me pay for over 7 different doctors. There was not even 4 involved in my surgery. They are trying to add random bills to get extra money for themselves. Very shady business. My insurance saved me thousands of dollars and I will still end up playing over a thousand for a simple pinky surgery. That is not even remotely acceptable. Do not waste your time at this location or with an Aurora Health Center. They are are shady and definitely have some scam going on. ABSOLUTELY don’t recommend this place.

I've gone here for physical therapy and it had always been a good experience. Had to come back to get a CT scan and that was also good. The staff and the healthcare workers are all friendly, helpful and nice.

Used physical therapy at this location with Grace C. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Office staff were friendly, facility very clean, also a plus was the great view from the 4th floor when you’re working out/training.

Entered the facility staff looked at me extremely confused. Advised the lady I was here for an EKG for my son in was directed to go onto the fourth floor.Arrived on first floor staff rude advised me EKG not only is on the first floor but only one of us can go back. Keep in mind I had my 5 year old toddler with me. Was extremely firm with the rep on the 4th floor advising her my toddler is with me in his going back too. Also advised her Aurora is aware of this.Also advised her the EKG is on this floor in then she asked for my name in said oh yeah it is. Enter the area where EKG was at said Good Morning 2 times in neither staff responded finally one rep walked away in one asked for my name. I guess the conversation they were having upon my arrival was more important then greeting a patient.My toddler went to the same clinic every week for speech in I have never experienced such poorly customers service!Through this entire process only staff that greeted me and my family was the doctor. He was such a great doctorClearly customers service and greeting visitors is an issue here!
