This building is home to approx. 17 offices. Urgent care, pharmacy, Lab, variety of doctors. I've always found the staff well organized and knowledgeable. The place is clean. You have access to wheelchairs, there is one dinky elevator in the middle ( offices) but if you are having any mobility issues and have an appnt and than go to pharmacy for example you may want to grab a chair. I've gotten there a little late and even security helped me get in the building and providing me a wheelchair to get me to Urgent care to see if they could draw labs since I missed the lab appnt and they were closed. Very accommodating and got what I needed. It's a very nice little clinic with no fuss yet very professional. Some specialties ,, ex. Cardiologist may come there only on Tuesday but will accommodate you at their main office. Check in out,, I'm very pleased.

The Urgent Care at Aurora Health Center is fantastic. My blood pressure was spiking on a Sunday night, and I felt terrible. The Urgent Care on Edgerton was open until 8:00 PM, and we rushed over. The facility was clean and professional. My wait was negligible. A nurse took my vitals and politely asked me to wait for a physician. Dr. Chaudhry spoke to me with understanding and expertise. His bed side manner was reassuring. The EKG was normal and multiple blood pressure readings were taken. Fortunately, my Systolic pressure dropped from 190/101 to 160/82. Dr. Chaudhry continued to monitor my progress and finally sent me home. I felt 100% better. This is the only Urgent Care to use if you live south of Shorewood.

Quality is probably average.But the insurance system is abhorrent. Didn’t even tell me my insurance didn’t cover the visit even though they had at least 20 days to tell me a head of time that my insurance didn’t cover.4 visits later they charge me the bills of multiple visits.They did give me some “discounts” but still left me with a bill I was not planning on covering.Absolutely would not recommend but if you still go; make sure your insurance covers because they won’t check and they will be happy to charge you with the bill.

Dr Esther M Motlhatlhedi and Nurse Practioner Sam M Walsh are the terrible doctor duo. They missed diagnosis a previously healthy young adult costing lots of money and time. they are useless! They are disrespectful and compassionless!

The urgent care nurse practitioners are very judging watch out. They act kind to your face but they think they are judges. I believe in god and only god can judge me. I hope all of them have a blessed day. I won’t go back to there urgent care. The rest of the facility is nice and friendly. I hope who reads this also has a great day.

I go to this Aurora for Urgent Care, and to see my primary care doctor. Always a good experience, very nice knowledgeable medical staff. Nicest people working there throughout the clinic ?

Worst clinic ever. Constantly being told nothing is wrong with me when I’m sick and still charged $200 for them to tell me to keep taking the same medicine i’ve been taking that’s not making me feel any better after weeks.

The staff working here seems okay, though I don't like how they assume an informal first name relationship. Please, let this old man have a modicum of dignity, even if, or especially if, I'm coming in here for something uncomfortable. The biggest problem is Aurora's pecuniary greed. You'll be treated fine if you've got the right insurance, but they want to make very sure you do have insurance. Then after your visit, If your insurance doesn't cough up their share with adequate alacrity, or if you wait a couple of weeks to pay your share, you'll be sold to a collection agency faster than falcon diving on prey.

Horrible customer service rude staff lakesha was so rude and did not listen to what was being told to her!!! I want to switch facilities she should not have a job!! Customer service in the medical industry is important if I could give 0 stars I would! HER manager needs to be notified with how rude she is!!! My husband was not even able to make an appointment

Went in with a shoulder injury late at night after an accident. Staff got me a room and was told they would get me in for an x ray. They did no x ray gave me a arms sling and sent me to West Allis. i got a almost $500 dollar bill and still pending on the thousands that I'm gonna owe West Allis when this could of been handled at this location. Terrible place.

I was Being seen At this clinic I have severe Genitive disease It's been many years since I've been seen by a doctor' So I sit here in severe pain Because of my experience with aurora For what is in my file From 10 years ago I've been Treated like a drug addict And it was humiliating And degrading That I Just Decided To suffer without treatment . I've had so many Various negative experiences From not informing me My insurance would not cover and Then making The appointment and being billed No way For me To make payment Because of my Disability That it ruined my credit , I also believe That is another reason why I was treated so poorly Because It is state Insurance. I Can honestly say Because of aurora The stress It has cause me At times Was worse in the physical pain. I'm being honest here It's Unbelievable You have no Idea how much pain I am in . Good luck to Anyone else in my situation. By the way My name is Salvatore Slies And I have not Had an opiate in 7 years And I'm proud of that Was never seeking All I wanted was to feel better And to be treated with a little bit of respect. The best health care professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Dr. Hang and her whole team saved my life! I must give them the credit for dealing with me at my worst to help me achieve a better health and lifestyle all around! All the nurses there are so patient, empathetic to the patients needs, and show nothing but compassion and understanding of every visit n phone call with my concerns of my health through my whole experience with the whole team the past year... Outstanding customer service and fast call back when you have any concerns. I can't say it enough that the women I've dealt with this past year have all been amazing!

The wait is always freaking ridiculous, even if I call ahead or have like an appointment type thing their systems mess up and I don't see the doc or whoever for like an hour. So crazy how technology just messes it up, the nurse and staff otherwise are nice, and the prescription place right there is chill to have so that you know what you're getting right away
