l absolutely loved worked with Chris Williams on trying to find a nice used car that was within my budget. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush the process. I felt completely at ease with the entire process. I'm so grateful to have him and I will definitely continue to go to him from now on. What can I say these guys did a good job from start to finish. they gave me a good deal on my trade in they made the whole process of buying a car very simple I would recommend using them. I brought my car in after I did a DIY oil pump so they could set my timing. I paid $400 out of pocket the day of. I got my car back to my house and started it to check ignition timing and my serpentine belt came off and damaged the timing cover and came off the pulley. This would have been something they would have had to touch in order to do the work necessary. It is a simple mistake that has cost me $1000 to diagnose and my car is still broken yet they want me to pay them. Absolutely not. Take some accountability for your actions, I will NEVER take my car here again.

I purchased a used 2021 BMW Series 3 from here which was maintained AMAZINGLY well by the dealership. The staff there are so relaxed, kind, and super supportive & insightful. Yesenia helped me throughout my entire time there and gave me all the support and answers to my questions, she's is an A-grade worker! I was also helped by Terry and Brian/Bryan the financial workers who were also very insightful, nice, and supportive! Very funny guys!
Overall, this place deserves more customers and recognition. During my time there, they made sure I was comfortable and knew everything I was getting myself into without being intrusive or overwhelming. They helped me get the car of my dreams without feeling like there are strings-attached or a sham happening! Thank you to the Rosen Honda team! I will be driving this nice Beamer into the sunset thanks to them!

I recently had a mixed experience at Rosen Honda. During the negotiation process, I was initially promised a $1,600 discount, but only $1,000 was applied in the paperwork. Additionally, I uploaded a photo of one of the cars from their 4th of July special for 2024 showing a $2,200 discount, which highlights the deals they had that day. Unfortunately, the deal the salesman offered me that day was not honored when I purchased my car. The salesperson seemed rushed and impatient when I asked questions, making the details unclear.

My wife and I just bought a car from this dealership and let me tell any of you people who are looking for cars. If you want to be taken care of go to Mario one of the salesman. He understands the notion of “take care of the customer” and shout out to his manager because they embodied that principle. These people earned my trust and I will come back to buy here over anywhere else!

Used pressure tactics to try to get me to perform unnecessary maintenance at roughly double the price of my typical dealership. I did allow them to change my oil, but they didn't even remember to reset the change oil service code on the car which makes me question the quality of the service. I'd recommend avoiding.
