Awful auto insurance if you actually need to file a claim. The auto body I have my car currently stored have heard from the insurance company once in the almost 2 MONTHS it's been there. It's extremely difficult to get a person on the phone, or a return call from messages left. The auto shop guy said he had never experienced this before with an insurance company. He said he's gotten pretty much all of the information from me, not AAA. I have never had such an appalling experience with any insurance company. 2 months! That's 4k in storage fees. I couldn't get it out of there if I wanted to due to the storage fees. Those fees only accrued to such a high price because of the insurance delay. F you Chantelle, pick up your GD phone and learn how to return a message! Completely unprofessional. As soon as this traumatic endeavor has concluded, I'm finding new auto insurance. Don't make my mistake, look elsewhere for auto insurance!

I went to AAA to quote my auto insurance and one of my friend referred me to this aaa. I waited almost one hours and the staffs also looked at strange after I left. In my suggestion if you want to looking insurance don’t go there, do quote at the site your self.

Absolute garbage company. I was stuck in my alley for 3 days straight with a flat tire, calling nonstop to schedule a tow just to be told my situation isn't considered an emergency. What does that even mean? 3 days of neighbors being blocked from their garages & police telling me they will have to ticket me if I can't get it moved just for AAA to say that's too bad. I finally got an appointment scheduled after 2 days of waiting & I kid you not the driver lied about getting my vehicle, tried to charge me & when I talked to customer service they undermined me & told me to dispute it. I did & they call the driver who then switches his story to "I couldn't get to it so i cancelled" my alley way was plowed & I could still maneuver my vehicle enough to adjust however the tow truck driver needed, which I made known in the notes. Came down to me getting my father in law to jack my car up, take the tire off ourselves to get patched then put back on ourselves to get me out the alley way. I was in an emergency situation & they did nothing to help for days. This unprofessional behavior is inexcusable & straight up lazy. We have been members for almost 30 years may I add also & they have just gone completely down hill. Please don't give these scam artists your money, they will do everything they can to not help you.

If you are looking to book a vacation with Triple A- go somewhere else!! They never call you back, I am still waiting for Sheryl to email me back n still no response back. The calls n messages I left within a 3 week time span- no one from Travel on 27th Street or Waukesha calls or emails you back. I went to Fox Travel- met with her n booked n put down payment for our group of 6 within a week. Triple A lost a Travel customer

Worse roadside assistance I've ever had. Customer service would not let me cancel account and give short bullet point on why I needed to cancel and what could have avoided it. I called 5 times and the service got more unprofessional each time and they put me on hold for an hour before disconnecting call.1. Data sharing system between AAA and driver's.2. Ability to update or change towing company of customers who get forgotten or left stranded3. Ability for customers to hand a view of what's going on is huge. You have zero view or info4. Cancelling towing companies that create problems like greenslade. Which would have kept me as a customer today.5. Being more careful hiring operators that will not make mistakes similar to not sending my information to the towing company.

The AAA office in S Milwaukee was very helpful in providing me with 2 route TripTicks for my upcoming travels to Idaho. The gentleman who worked with me was very friendly and professional, offering suggestions to make the trip better. I highly recommend this office to anyone planning a trip.

These ppl are liars they promise the tow and go for the 4th of July we'll I needed a tow they took all my information down at 12am finally I stared getting these updates saying my driver would be on the way w in an hour well after that an hour later the calls started coming saying my driver was close bad..mind you I have my 15 ur old son w me and my small dog . Well when it git close to the oifk up the calls stopped and I made several attempts to ask where's my ride the dispatchers stated they can't contact the drivers howbere each time I called back they kept asking for my members loyalty number meaning they were only dealing w members and ithers they weren't and nobody I mean nobody could tell me when I would be able to get my car towed I wasn drinking I needed a tow cause I was having car problems fir some reason. Just to find out the driver saw I was on the north side of mikeaukee and decided not to xome but dispatchers cover for them saying the driver will xontact me. I just need everyone to be mindful and realize this is all about the money. And if it dont make dollars it dont make sense... Here we are at 4am and still nothing like uts definitely a money thing because you're suppose to treat everyone equal and to think what if thos was your damiky..again jut so everyone knows these ppl are a very sad unprofessional business and the dispatchers give them.passes for this amd they rudely tell u you're more than welcome to call another company. And to show how bad this is if the owner doesn't reach out to this review in a month or so..there's my conformation
