Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. “The mall has a fair number of stores but what I'm here to talk about is how perfect it is to go with toddlers. They have a little play area (with phone charging stations for parents). There is even a toddler height sink by the food court. My daughter's favorite was the train driving around the mall that we got to ride on though!”

“I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!”

“I came in Friday 6/7 evening to look for a bra since I’ve been having the hardest time finding something to fit. I had a general idea of my size and asked the lady at the register. She said they don’t carry that size in sort and would be more for online purchase. I told her about my struggle with finding a good bra, she offered to fit me and told me my size. All along I had been completely wrong about my bra size and that is why I was having no luck. I left and was able to purchase a bra online with her size that she gave me and that fit amazingly. Now I know what size I need moving forward. I forgot her name but she had colored pink or purple hair. Thank you again!”
