Tried to check out in the self check area but was directed to a cashier. She charged me four times for a single bundle of gift bags which should've been rung up once. And she failed to hand me the bags with two containers of protein powder, costing me $40. Once I realized her mistakes I had to turn around and drive all the back to the store to argue with them about the missing powder containers, which they eventually found behind the service desk.

You can come and get what you want, there's not cashiers the entire pay method is self checkout . So if you need to ask a question you'll find yourself running around.

I was interested in buying a laptop, but I really needed some help in understanding the quality of the different types. I looked at and read about all the computers while standing/ waiting/looking for an employee to help me for at least 15 minutes. There was a woman waiting on a few young ladies, apparently they shared a country of origin in common and we're having a very friendly chat. No real problem there, I understand salesmanship. However, I stood by the counter for a while, and here were two people in the desk area; one was looking at a computer the other one was standing there talking away to him. The one that was talking didn't even look at me. Finally a separate male employee with a reddish beard came into the counter area and had a piece of paper in his hand that he was reading. I went up to him and asked him if there was anybody that could help me with the laptops. He didn't even look up from the paper and said "what do you need." I said *help". He continued to look at his paper, no smile, not even a glance my way. I was expected to talk to him while he was reading a paper I guess. That was the last straw and I said I see you're busy, I'm going to take my business to another store and he just walked away didn't even look at me. I was ready to spend about $400, but even if I was going to spend $10 I deserved some respect, we all do. I will never ever buy electronics in this store again.

Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Blondies: A good fudgy brownie is probably my favorite baked dessert, but if there is anything that can come close it's a blondie. I found these Marketside Pumpkin Blondies at Walmart. Each square is comprised of cream cheese filling sandwiched between two pumpkin-spiced blondies. Cream cheese icing and chocolate chips top off each blondie as well. First off, these blondies are super thick and fantastically chewy. The flavor was primarily pumpkin, very mild spice, with a touch of sweet cream cheese. I expected more flavor from the cream cheese as it is both on top and used as a filling, but the pumpkin flavor stole the show. Almost on-existent in terms of flavor were the chocolate chips. I didn't think the chocolate chips did much and if I might make a suggestion white chocolate chips would go better with pumpkin. I kind of felt like I was eating the puree part of a pumpkin pie (the best part), only much denser and with cream cheese. A pack of four will put you back $5 and 460 calories per square (so watch it or you might end up as round as a pumpkin). This is one of my favorite new pumpkin dessert finds this year. Doughboy approved *If you want to take it up a notch add some pumpkin flavored whipped cream like me *Rating based on food taste only (not service or location) Doughboy_Food_Reviews

I don't shop at Walmarts often enough to know if all of them have given up on human cashiers but this one is all self check out. I feel like this makes me, the customer, an employee. An exploited employee seeing as how I am not paid to be my own cashier, and I sure as hell don't have any customer service skills. In fact, I was pretty rude to myself, dropped the banana I bought on the floor instead of putting it into my reusable grocery bag which no one else uses in this Walmart. I came in here for a book light, you know a light that I could attach to a book so I could read in the dark. I won't go into details but I needed one right away and didn't have time to wait for an Amazon order, not even Prime, and there aren't any bookstores anywhere near, and what kind of idiot thinks there would be any product that has to do with reading in a Walmart? Well, I'm the idiot, and Walmart seems to have hired me to be a cashier so this place "could've been better."

I've been to this Walmart multiple times and every time I try to buy baby formula in the locked cabinet I have to wait at least 10 mins just to get someone to open the cabinets, this is getting out of hand I don't have time to stand around in Walmart all day.

Walmart has turned to all self checkout. Long lines, no help. Forget it if you are trying to do your weekly shopping. You'll add at least a half hour to your time just to get checked out. Guess I'm finding somewhere else to do my grocery shopping.

Nothing was organized, I know they are redoing the store but saw like 6 employees around the backroom doors standing and talking, boxes piled up in self checkout lanes so only 3 lanes open, one with the only employee in the area on the register. Took about a half hour of waiting to checkout. Needed an i.d. check for a video game and flagged down one of 3 employees coming from the break room because there was 20 people waiting to checkout behind me. He seemed annoyed but put the i.d. check through without checking my i.d. or item it was needed for. When I got home realized the security box was left on the game, can't open it. I really don't want to make the trip back but other than sawing the case open I'm not sure how else I can get the game out. They had plenty of employees walking around and socializing but none helping the customers. I use to like this walmart like 6 months ago but going to switch to a different one or the meijer down the road.

One star is a gift....I called the store in Franklin and the phone rang 100 times before I hung up. Did this 3 times. Then tried Electronics who also didn't answer. Finally got a recording from Electronics about how busy everyone is and would I like Customer Service. Yes, I chose Customer Service again. Nope CS is still not answering. Called Electronics, again and after about 50 rings, they finally picked up. Everyone is busy she said and they will not pick up the phone when they are busy. What? So my suggestion is hire some more people to answer your phones. What kind of business model is this? I rarely go the Walmart for other reasons, but when I do, I am always reminded of why I don't go there much anymore. Exactly what are you paying your Store Managers for?

Today I tried the grocery pick up for the first time and it was the best decision I've made in a while! So convenient! I'm trying to budget myself more and this will help me out. So easy to use and I will definitely use it again!

Nice clean Organized Store! Friendly workers! They actually serve beer till Midnight for those that care!! Parking is spacious, bathrooms are clean.... I like the location here as it is smaller than others. Real good produce selection, just not thrilled with their rotisserie chicken. Give it a try and you'll be doing LESS Impulse shopping

This Walmart pickup was so great and the customer service on the phone! The grocery pickup is so convenient!! They followed up when I was running behind picking up my groceries in the snow and they were so patient. I checked in when I got there which was fast and easy! The website to order and app was really easy to use as well. The customer service I received was awesome! She was friendly and really took the time to explain my substitutions and made sure I liked the groceries in my cart. She made sure they weren't spoiled and when one was she went back in to exchange it. When I didn't get $10 off my first order the customer service representative was so nice and helpful. She explained what happened and made sure my coupon was applied for my next order. I definitely will be using the grocery pickup and telling my friends!!!

Walmart's grocery pickup makes life easier. My trip to the Greendale store on 76th Street was all about trying out grocery pickup for the first time. In the morning, I selected grocery items online and chose a same-day pickup time in the evening. Online ordering was easy, I was able to find items with no problems and add them to my cart. I paid with a credit card, with the understanding that my final price may vary slightly if a product was out of stock or other issues came up. The pickup area at the Walmart store is clearly marked with orange signs, and there are many parking spaces on the north side of the building designated as the pickup area. The store was having problems with its phones, so I was not able to contact the store via phone, but the employees saw my minivan through their cameras and came out with my order. The items were bagged and stacked in crates, and two employees showed me the items -- see, here's your meat and this is the expiration date -- here are your mushrooms, etc. They seemed very intent on making sure I was satisfied with the quality of the items. They also gave me a goody bag with sample products and a bottle of water as a gift for being a first time online customer. Needless to say, I was impressed. This store is a little further than my regular Walmart, but I am intrigued and will place more online grocery orders through the 76th street location.

While out and about lunching and shopping I saw this Walmart and since I was going to stop at one I stopped at this one. The whole area around it is a shopping smorgasbord so it makes sense to have one here. I was confused when I parked because it didn't look like a modern super Walmart because it had one entry/exit door in the middle. It didn't look like a Walmart market either because it was too big for that but too small for a super. I watched Walmart close the small stores in favor of the super/market so what is this. As I walked in it looked like a smaller super Walmart with groceries, toys, clothes, automotive, electronics, dvds, video games, pets, home etc etc. I was able to find everything that I wanted and then some so I'm good with that. None of the restaurants, eye stores etc like the bigger ones and I didn't see a deli or hot table for take home cooked food. When it was time to check out it reminded me of Target with a small line of registers and 75% closed so pick the long line that might get you out faster while aholes cut in front of you with no shame at all because they didn't have a cart. I personally didn't like this Walmart since it seemed like the kind of store that they were trying get away from and it's not that old looking. I don't think that I would use this Walmart again when there is some better locations, yah I'm no fan of this store.
