Employees sat reading while I came in and asked a question about a children's book. They barely acknowledged me while one looked up the book I was asking about. Store is completely unorganized as employees are a little too interested in reading while working instead of keeping it organized and helping customers.

A wonderful surprise. The shelves are well curated with a nice selection of literary fiction. Whereas most mall bookstores traditionally sell generic bestsellers, this is a genuine used bookstore with a deep selection. I often go to this mall just for this bookstore.
