We bought a couch, love seat, ottoman and a recliner. Very expensive. The recliners fabric was made just like the display. The fabric wore out so fast. Discolored also. Now we have a (well built) ugly chair that's been down in my basement for quite awhile. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again.

Penny Mustard is the most racist, stereotyping store and staff (Ann Schraufnagel) that I have ever had the horrible experience of coming in contact with in my life. I visited this store to purchase a 16k bedroom set. The sales person questioned me twice about my ability to afford the bedroom set. Ann then tells me she needs 25% down to order the bedroom set for ME, I later find out that this is not the case, the store requires the sales tax to be paid on custom orders along with approval for a credit deal. Then when I asked for a color sample to take home and return she wanted to charge me 19.99 and told me it was a wine holder. So when you spend 16k and want to confirm the color you have to purchase a board with a hole it for 19.99. Oh, I forgot to explain, I showed up in dirty sweat pants and shirt. Clearly she stereotyped me because the next day when I returned she didn't recognize me and told me a completely different story. I'm pretty sure if I were black she would have called the cops on me. Don't waste your money with this type of store, just boycott them from any future sales.

Distribution center is what it is, a large warehouse will all the stuff ready to be sent out. This review is on the Clearance Center.The Clearance Center is very random as you would expect. But everything is labelled appropriately and setup up, so there's no real digging or seeing something you can't sit-in/open drawers/etc. Prices on these clearance items are highly discounted and also delivery on those items is still available.

Mikayla is an artist! We came in with random thoughts and ideas of how we would like a sectional. She created the perfect sectional for us and we get to enjoy it! Everything from the color, size, shape, firmness, design, etc. She created a masterpiece for us and we are truly grateful. Also, delivery drivers are top notch! Louisted and Dawid were professional and courteous. Penny Mustard - exceptional customer service from beginning to end. And now you have lifelong customers! THANK YOU MIKAYLA!!!

In January, purchased a custom leather recliner and they said it was going to take about three to four months and it was done in about one month. Delivery was an option, but I saved money and time and just picked it up. Great experience and fantastic purchase along with 38 months free financing, very happy with this comfortable recliner

They were committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied and kept us well informed of the status of our furniture order. We highly recommend this company. We just left Penny Mustard and are thrilled by the attention and service we received while shopping there. Michelle was tremendously helpful, but not overbearing or pushy. She helped us design our new family room furniture. She used an educated, no hassle approach. We will never shop for furniture anywhere else!
