Nicky and Dr. Bob are angels. Nicky went above and beyond to provide me and our sweet Remy the support we needed, I could never thank her enough. Dr. Bob is the sweetest soul and I was grateful for the peace he brought during one of the most difficult days of our lives. The thought of bringing our baby to a scary place on his last day breaks my heart, and I am forever grate for the invaluable service they provide. This was such an awful day, but I wouldn't have had it any other way. Nicky and Dr. Bob were so compassionate and walked us through the whole process. We were at home, in our safe place, full of love, kisses, and tears.Nicky and Dr. Bob, thank you is not enough. We are truly grateful for you.?

I would recommend them for the most difficult decision you have to make with your pet. The time they took and the compassion was exactly what we needed.

I highly recommend Dr. Bob and Nicky. My experience was so loving! I felt completely held and at peace! They are both so sensitive, compassionate and understanding! It was a beautiful experience! I couldn’t be more grateful ? for how my Alex was able to transition. ♥️?

Dr. Bob and Nicky were very kind, compassionate and calming during one of the hardest days of my life.I called about my sweet cat Buddy and Dr. Bob promptly returned my call. He was able to come the next day (I called on a Sunday) and explained the entire process over the phone ahead of time, including details such as texting when they arrived instead of ringing a doorbell which could distress a pet.When they showed up they were so kind and talked to me about Buddy and pet her some. At her old age of 23, I absolutely did not want to put Buddy through a car ride to an unfamiliar place on her last day. I'm very happy that she was able to go peacefully at home. Dr. Bob and Nicky were very respectful of our tears and gave us time alone with her afterward, before taking her, and they treated her with dignity. Today Dr. Bob delivered her ashes back to us, and once again was extremely kind.I highly recommend this for anyone, especially those with pets who would be stressed by a vet visit. It was also very nice for us to be able to have the privacy of our own home before and after.

I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Bob, Nicky, and our experience. I left a sobbing, nearly unintelligible voicemail shortly after 8AM on a Saturday asking to help my best friend, and had a return phone call within 10 minutes. After getting Nicky up to speed regarding the quickly deteriorating condition of our geriatric American Bulldog, she confirmed they would be able to help us that very same day. We discussed costs (which were very competitive and likely slightly less than some of the other services in the area) and had some follow-up regarding what time they would be available, but we landed on early afternoon which is exactly what I had wished for.We spent the long morning into the afternoon spoiling the hell out of our beloved canine. Nicky & Dr. Bob arrived to our Waukesha home shortly before the 2PM time they specified, but stayed in touch by texting ahead of their arrival. Dr. Bob had a can of Vienna Sausages that he lovingly shared, as he got acquainted with our goodest boy in his last minutes. We did a lot of sharing and took care of the formalities (selecting cremation options & making payment) before they provided one final act of kindness. The sequence and duration of everything was ideal. Dr. Bob hand delivered the remains exactly when expected, and from what I can tell, Pet Lawn did an incredible job.Although, the entire event was heartbreaking, that had nothing to do with their team. Our experience saying goodbye was nothing short of ideal. I know our dog's last day Earthside was NOT his worst day, and their service was a huge component in that factor. I share with our loved ones - our pooch's ending was as perfect as his place in our family.A million thanks to Nicky & Dr. Bob for what they do and for blessing us with their expertise and kind nature. I fully endorse contacting them before any other service.

My beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer unexpectedly, with no good treatment options . I kept him comfortable for about two weeks then was faced with the agonizing decision of knowing when his suffering outweighed his quality of life, and I should let him go. I called Nicky, who managed to talk to me through my tears. When she and Dr Bob came to to euthanize Jack, they were so kind and professional. It takes special people to help pet parents with this last act of love for our animals, and I think Nicky and Dr Bob are certainly those people.

I just spoke with Nicki who told me $$400 to $600 was a great price for in home euthanasia. Then compared that cost to having a $4000 toilet put in her home and when I asked what that had to do with putting my precious 19 yr old cat, a living creature of god,to sleep she called me cheap for not having $600 to spend period. Then she laughed at me! and hung up! while I was in the middle of a sentence! She was not just unprofessional she was downright CRUEL!!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THE "COMPASSION" IS FAKE AND THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE.

Dr Bob and Nicky were incredible. Our dog had progressed to a really uncomfortable point and we called them before they were open and they made space to help her pass the same morning. Plus, they explained the entire process thoroughly, made her as comfortable as possible, and helped us in our grieving process. It’s so kind of them to provide this service so pets can pass in the comfort of their own homes.

Dr. Bob and Nicky were so calming, informative and patient. They made an incredibly difficult experience as peaceful and respectful as possible. We highly recommend choosing to euthanize your pet at home as well as using Mobile Pet Doctor.

I will never go to the vet again for end of life service. This was the most comfortable and loving way to help my pet pass on. My kitty was relaxed the whole time, never showed any signs of discomfort or stress. In addition, our dog was able to be there as well to watch the process and I think even she understood what was happening. Thank you so much for the caring, and loving service.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl two weeks ago. Dr Bob and Nicky's warm, caring compassion helped make Laverne's passing peaceful, calm, and painless. It's heartbreaking to watch your beloved pet leave, but being able to do it at home rather than having your pet's last hours be in a car and a vet's office is a huge gift.We were able to hold Laverne in our arms as we sat in her favorite spot in our back yard. In her last moments, she heard the birds singing and felt the breeze and the warm sun. She was surrounded by love and died without pain. Isn't that what we all want?

Dr. Bob and Vicky were available the day we needed to say goodbye to our Labradoodle Lady. They were both calm, comforting and compassionate. In our backyard, around family, they gently made Lady comfortable as we said goodbye. They also helped our other dog say goodbye. I can’t recommend them enough.

These good people came into my home with my family and I don’t know how but their kindness and sincerity made it seem like they were family. Explained everything they did throughout.
