I stopped here by pure chance. Expected to go to H&M or Express. I have 0 fashion sense so when and was met by Selena I knew I came to the right place. She made some suggestions and Abdul came and made some more. They were both helpful and patient while I tried on SEVERAL outfits. Also gave me some free items. Wil be back!

Mohammed and Ali were absolutely amazing. They helped me try on a bunch of different suit ideas for my wedding. They were pulling different tie options and really making the whole process feel like a luxury experience. I have a suit on hold there that I am 100% going back for.

Poor customer service. Gift cards expire after 90 days (which is ridiculous) but they will not let you know this at time of sale. My mother lost $80 of her hard earned money trying to give me a gift. Entire family has agreed not to shop here again, especially after reading the other poor reviews on here.

I was gifted a coat at Christmas from family. The coat did not fit and had to be returned. The store took the coat back in no questions asked. When the store realized they could not get me an identical coat to fit me, they assisted in finding a coat of my choice. Unfortunately, this coat was defective after only wearing it a handful of times. Our first attempt to address the concern was a fail, but the employees referred me to their store manager. The store manager stood by me and was able to repair the coat at their cost. Additionally, I received a gift card to come back for future purchases as they acknowledged all my inconveniences. Good customer service resolving this problem. The coat repair was flawless.

Store does not offer full refunds. Should have clear signs around the store stating this. I shouldn't be forced to hang onto merchandise that is no longer needed. Bad customer service model to only have a 14 day return policy and only offer store exchange or store credit.
