Stopped in store, spent $200. Went online and found everything for half that price- so naturally I ordered it online and planned on returning the in store purchase! Everything was duplicates.
I picked up the online order, opened it, amd handed them my in store purchased receipt for the EXACT. SAME. BRAS.
Young lady refused my return, and told me that was an online purchase and she couldn't accept it. Had I walked out and opened my order and came back in later or sent someone else in to do the return, THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN DIFFERENT.
this is NOT how you get people to shop at your company and ESPECIALLY not how you attract people to shop IN STORE IN PERSON.
She couldn't even respond WHY it mattered of it was the exact same bra (s). So now I'll have to go to a different store and waste even more time returning things! Definitely won't be shopping IN STORE again, maybe not even at all ?♀️

I came in Friday 6/7 evening to look for a bra since I’ve been having the hardest time finding something to fit. I had a general idea of my size and asked the lady at the register. She said they don’t carry that size in sort and would be more for online purchase. I told her about my struggle with finding a good bra, she offered to fit me and told me my size. All along I had been completely wrong about my bra size and that is why I was having no luck. I left and was able to purchase a bra online with her size that she gave me and that fit amazingly. Now I know what size I need moving forward. I forgot her name but she had colored pink or purple hair. Thank you again!

The workers are nice, but the way the company does the sales and coupons is a hot mess.

Refund was made easy from an online order. On-store clothing selection was limited in my size, though.

They have the poorest and worst customer service that I have ever seen. In my entire life not only that? I drove almost 2 hrs away to pick up a order and can you believe that They had the nerves to close at least 5 or more minutes early. I was standing at the door and it was still 3 minutes left, and the lady looked at me at the door closed the second door in my face went overturned off the light and shook her head. Never once even questioned me as to what II need. All I wanted was a small order she couldve ask and gave to me at door. When I tell you,I will never do business with them again in my life. As much money as I spend with them, they are horrible. One thing I would never tolerate is horrible customer service and total disrespect. I will be reporting to headquarters and in the the news. I'm sure if I was a different race I might have been treated different.
