I called first thing in the morning for a sick appointment at our regular clinic. The nurse at McKinley was able to get my two children into the Greenfield Loomis Road clinic appt #1 8-8:30, appt #2 8:30-9. I informed the nurse I would be at least 10 min late because we live across town. She assured me, "No problem, I will leave a note, and if you are late it will just run into your second appointment." While we drove to the clinic I put a call into Loomis to tell them we were on the way and would be there at 8:10. We arrived at 8:10 to Loomis. When Mariska Goebel (np) walked into the room she made no eye contact with us and was visibly angry. She stated she "wasn't sure" if she could see both children because we were late. I reiterated the events of scheduling. She replied, "Yeaaah, they told me you would be a few minutes late. NOT 15." and proceeded to avoid eye contact. I told her we could receive swabs and leave if they did not have time to see us. They were able to examine both patients in under an hour. I am appalled at the rude treatment we received without regard for family circumstances. Consider providing ongoing patient education for the staff members. Inter-staff communication needs to be improved, and we will not be returning to this clinic.

Everything was great until I needed some of my prescriptions refilled from my past primary care doctor. When I first made him my primary, he said he would be will to take over for filling my anxiety and sleeping medication. But now that it has come time to actually fill them, he won't, and I'm almost out of both, which can be dangerous to be ripped off of the anxiety medication. If I had been told that no one would refill my medication, and out right refuse me of medication that I have been on for years, I never would have made my primary here.

This place is amazing. Dr Montalbo did his job and properly diagnosed me when I got sick after a nurse at a different clinic brushed me off. The staff properly cared for me and I was able to get the help I needed.

Dr. Montalbo and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Montalbo has been seeing me for well over 8 years. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and always using his detective skills to find what truly is happening! He spends more time with me than most doctors these days do. He makes sure your up to date on any vaccinations and has helped me for years with my necessary travel medications. He’s compassionate and has a fun upbeat personality! His nurses are fantastic as well. They go the extra mile and always have something interesting to say! Thank you for all your years of care!

This is such a great facility! Easy to get to, easy parking, fast check in, and most importantly, incredible staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and kind. Jenna is the provider I saw, and I cannot say enough good things about her! She is so thorough and thoughtful. I could really tell she loves what she does, and this makes you feel so welcome there. I have been recommending this location to friends and family and will continue to!

I've been seeing Dr. Lubing for about 4 years now. I've also seen other doctors in the practice when Dr. Lubing's schedule was full. Dr. Lubing is considerate, actually remembers me from visit to visit (I'm pretty healthy) and, is a competent medical professional. The staff there is also friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke. We were there for 3 hours just to get blood taken. 3 Hours! Then it took 3 hours again (different day, different doctor) to get my check up appointment. The place is new and clean and quiet, but SUPER SLOW. I told the scheduler what I needed to be seen for (Standard Physical - Free with Insurance) and I got a bill for over $300. "Oh, because the doctor said you were treated for mental illness." WHAT?! No, I wasn't. "Oh, I see you just had a physical." -- Sadly, this happened TWICE. I'm all about second chances so two times having two different issues, that's it. No more. Never again going back to this place.
