This store fired its entire staff over the actions of one employee needless to say I won’t be going here as HR clearly doesn’t care about their employees. Fired some of the best and friendless people I’ve ever met

I called the store. After patiently listening to the message a human answered. He was very personable and helpful. Ty I had just learned about the store and wanted to purchase a e-card. He answered my request and told me where it was on the site. Thank you so much. Gloria, from Racine. I got my niece a e-card. She's gonna flip. Can't wait to visit the store.

Don’t shop here. No email that my order was in. Website said it was back ordered. They left me a voice message Friday afternoon that I had to pick it up Saturday morning or they were putting it on the floor for sale. I had to work Friday until 9, and Saturday all day. Won’t shop at this location again

My kids & I received excellent customer service from Josh & Alex today. The store is nicely organized and clean. We will definately be back to use the boxlunch money earned.

Really nice employees. Found a great FunkoPop vinyl and Tshirt combo on clearance for $11. Was so excited. Definitely will go back.

Kinda disappointed. People are posting all the time of great Scooby finds they got at this chain. The one in Southridge only had a broken cookie jar. Nothing else. I was ready to spend money.. kinda sad.

A truly unfortunate store. The employees are completely incompetent and tried to tell me I couldn't use my lunch money codes because they were in my email instead of the paper ones and tried to tell me they were online use only when it states in the email for use online or in store and you can use as many as you want on your purchase. I think they were just too lazy to do it or weren't trained right. I wont be going back to thatstore because this isn't even the first issue I had with them. They aren't super to hold loungefly bags and had one "on hold for someone" so wouldn't sell it to me until the next day. Ridiculous.

Love this website, I placed a order on line 02-03-2021 and rcvd it via USPS 02-05-2021 to me that is awesome service ,I did have one problem , I was not able to use my discount code was not happy about that seeing that I purchased the same item x2.

Went here with my daughter and was asked to leave because of the "face covering" I was wearing. I wear a clear plastic shield because my daughter is special needs and needs to see my face to communicate and for comfort when she gets uncomfortable in places. I emailed corporate and never heard back from a district manager like they said I would. Waste of time, rude people.
