Haven't been to this store for awhile but I must say the vibe is way better now. I ended up checking out with the new manager and she helped me by explaining how the box lunch money works. I didn't realize my online account had box lunch cash that they were able to pull up and use towards my purchase. Thank you!

There's limited stock in-store; However, the employees are extremely helpful in assisting with locating items online.

adorable merchandise here!! one of the employees was so sweet and friendly and made the whole shopping experience so much better for me (I usually struggle in public settings) so this was a delightful change of pace!(I was half of the golden retriever/black cat duo you talked to and I honestly wish we'd become friends lmao)
