I ask the workers what your deals she then said look around u see the deal don't you. But when yt came she greet them. And told them the deals
I told the the lady at the register she didn't do nothing but said the was the manager who I believe. Said something first when arriving to the stores
I will never shop again

**Poor Customer Service* *Picking Up Order* * Privacy Breech*
*I'm giving 2 stars due to finding an item that was out of stock!
Long Post!
On April 17th, 2024, My significant other asked me to pick up an order, from this Bath & Body Works Location for Mother's Day! I was hesitant, because I don't shop there! However, I obliged and went in to pick up the order.
While walking in, I greeted an Associate at the entrance/front of the store. I informed her, "I am here to pick up an online order?" I was told, "I could head to the front check-out, and they would be informed of me coming." I thanked her and headed to the front!
Here's where things got strange! When I made it to the front, I had the order pulled up, yet it kept loading. I received a poor Wi-Fi signal. The Cashier then asks me for my driver's license, I hand it to her, where she stares at it for a lonnnggg time and places it between the POS Keyboard! Another Associate then proceeds to look for the order to the left of her in a holding area. I was informed an item was not available from the original order. I figured this was fine and I could just purchase a different item.
The Cashier became guarded and stand-offish and said, "You would have to pay for that item." I stated, "Well not for free dear, of course not! I will hop out if line and allow other customers to be checked out!" When I turned around there were 2 other customers waiting. I went to retrieve the unavailable item in a larger size and went back to check out! A different customer appeared to be waiting in line. However, the Cashier informed me, "Oh that's just my mom." Her Mother appeared to be confused and wanted to hand her an item of some sort.
I paid for the new- larger fragrance and the other Associates began staring me down! The feeling became eerie and other customers saw this and outside of the store asked me If I was, "Okay?" They shared equal concern. One of the women stated, "We saw everything, and I can't believe they tried to pull that with you.
As this happened, my driver's license was still in the possession of the store Cashier. The energy was so bad that all I wanted to do was pay for the new item and get OUT of there! I realized that it was still at the store once I made it home and looked at all of my receipts!
Here's the primary issue: "When I came in to pick up the order, the Cashier should've looked at my driver's license+ the pick-up name and return it back to me! I used to work for L Brands way back in the day! It is a privacy breech to keep anyone's personal identification past the transaction time; unless you suspect they are committing a theft! When someone is picking up an order, and there could be suspicion this person is not the original person picking up the order. So, you would hold it, to see if the original buyer makes a complaint that they didn't get their items! A photocopy of the identification/their name and address are documented. Still shots of the customer in question are kept in a binder or posted on the wall in the Managers office! This is all at the STORE Managers discretion. L Brands sometimes has NO idea!
But WHY would they do this? Because it is not protocol. It's because I am a Dark-Skinned Happy Black woman, and for L Brands store Managers this equates stealing or a person will steal! Too nice of a customer means a thief! And this is where they messed up! I am in the Counseling field, and pride myself on teaching clients who have gone to prison for theft to turn themselves in or do the right thing!
I came back the next day to retrieve my driver's license and the Store Manager seemed confused, aloof and knew who I was before I could tell her why I was there! She stood, "Frozen," with a younger

Went to bath and body works South Ridge with a friend yesterday it was a horrible experience! My friend had a coupon and the STORE MANAGER explained how the TWO DAY COUPON works or not! What a joke it is actually a one day coupon! It Clearly states two days !! Well we asked the manager she said it expired at 5:30 AM!!! yeah , WHAT! They are not open at that time so it is a ONE DAY coupon! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! SNEAKY way to get more money out of people! Absolutely Ridiculous! I was upset we planed our shopping time to include the savings offered . How disappointing!

I have always loved Bath & Body works but over the past years it's become unbelievable!I ordered online to be shipped to my house. A full week went by without the package moving an inch besides being shipped out. I contacted customer support who said for some reason it was sent back to warehouse. ....????? They had no reason why and I asked for my money back. They said they would refund me but before that could happen, the customer support got disconnected.I got someone else by the name Dave who told me it was still being shipped. Wasn't canceled. Wasn't at the warehouse. I wasn't allowed to get MY money back until Nov 15. A full week after it was due to arrive. And a full two weeks after I had ordered it. I asked for my money back repeatedly and he kept saying no, he won't do it. Then he told me if I had such an issue with waiting to contact them by phone. Then he cut the chat.What kind of people do they have working for them???????!I entered the chat one last time only because the original guy said he would give me my money back. Finally I got a guy who gave me my money back without a problem but still had no reason as to why my package went back to the warehouse. This is insane!Bath & Body works is nothing like it used to be. They jumped up their products prices, have deals such as 3 for 3 when it still comes out to $50. $50 for 3 bottles. That's crazy!It frustrates me even more to know that my order was placed through the sale price of $5 for each bottle. 30-some dollars for six bottles is a steal of a deal and now I got ripped off.And they don't even compensate you at all for the inconvenience or the run around or the loss. They just say "Sorry for the inconvenience." Or "I know this is frustrating but..."It'll be a miracle if I come back.
