Very bad customer services, teenage girls didn’t know how to provide customers services, even they claimed that they were managers of the store but they didn’t want to involve with the customer’s issues, they didn’t accept the return even that after two days from the date of purchased, didn’t even use the product and had a receipt, spent an hour talking on the phone with customer service then the lady on the line from customer service had to email the store to authorized and let them know that it’s is ok to accept the return, the whole deal and concept is bizzard, wasted of time, so don’t buy anything unless you are 100% sure that you will keep it because you won’t be able to return it, unless you want to undergo the same hassles as I did, I bought many things from Aldo Stores before , but this was the first time that I had to return, cause I found something else I like better for cheaper price elsewhere. Everything from Aldo is cheaply made with high price tags, from purses, handbags, and shoes, shoes only last a few months, it does look cute but it not worth the money. I will not spend anymore money at this store .

Went in the store this evening.. The associate said hello and how can she help. I told her we were looking for silver shoes.. I went towards the shoes and looked back the girl was gone! She was in the mirror fixing her clothes looking at her shirt. So I went up to her and asked again. She took us to clearance shelves but they didn’t have anything! I said thank you and have a good night! She walked about and once again she was gone!! I guess it doesn’t matter to the store I took my money somewhere else! Bad customer service ✌?

I really sorry to write this review, but I feel that the costumer service need to be improved in this location. I wanted to made a return and the associated ask me for the tag, obviously I didn't have it. She said that I can only do a exchanged, them I told her the handle is ripping off and is been less than a week that a bought this purse. She agrees to do my return, When I was trying to explain why I want this iteam to be return she had the nerve to tell me " that it was only 50.00 dollars " ( the actitud was like we sell cheap stuff)She could it use other strategies to make the costumer happy with the merchandise. She even suggested to me to make my purchase in another store. The upside down of this situation is that she was the manager. The lacking of training how to deal with costumers was obvious. I love ALDO but I don't want to buy in this store anymore.
