The staff is very pleasant. I am very pleased with their service. I thought I had a brake problem & was not looking forward to the expense of repair. But, they found a little pin that was rubbing on something that was making the noise. And, in the meantime, found a nail in one tire. All fixed, at a reasonable cost, in a timely manner while I & my 4 yr old granddaughter waited.

So I've been meaning to add this review for a month now. First I want to point out that I don't live around here and don't know many people around here. I brought my vehicle to the Green Lake service center. because I was having an issue with my exhaust I have a dual exhaust basically one of my clamps rusted and snapped off so my pipe was hanging a little bit. The rest of the system is getting pretty rusty so I wasn't sure if I was gonna have to get a lot of it redone or re-clamped or welded at any rate after speaking with Greg there, he recommended just fixing the one spot that was hanging basically cutting the pipe a little bit and welding a piece of pipe in-between and not having to purchase a new pipe, not even a clamp. I point this out because it was very refreshing having a mechanic fix the issue, completely, and yet keep the cost at the bare minimum and not recommend getting more done then was necessary. This has to be one of the most honest and easy to talk to mechanics I've ever dealt with.
Thanks to Greg and his crew and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my car back there for anything!!!

One of my Dually inside tires was low and the air compressor I have, the fitting would not reach. I Google tire repair and Green Lake Service Center came up. I met Greg, told him my problem and he had me in and out of there in less than five minutes. If you’re in the area and have tire problems or car problems, stop and see them.

The rear main seal snapped on my SUV. I asked for a quote, and it was double the quote I got from the repair shop I went with in my same tiny town.Nu-uh.

I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of Green Lake Service Center. When I pulled up the service man was checking a lady's tires and filling them. He called her by name and sent her on her way without charging her. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and they were working on my car at 9:00 and I left by 9:30. So they were very prompt. Two concerns I had, since I am from out of town, their address is Princeton but they are closer to Green Lake and I saw no where on the building Green Lake Service Center. When I pulled up and asked if I was in the right he remembered I had a 9:00 appointment.
