Dani and Martin are so attentive and knowledgeable. They treat everyone like they are important. They clearly love their job and have stayed which raises our confidence in Zales. THEY BOTH DESERVE A RAISE!!!!!! Really! We love the products and service. Their inspections and cleaning are very thorough. They cover everything they promise in their warranty. Repair turn around time is fantastic! Their sales are great. We only wish Comenity didn’t close credit accounts after a year. Give this classic jeweler a chance; they aren’t high pressure so browsing is fun!

I visited the Bay Park Square location for stud earrings and had a fabulous experience. Mary Haase assisted me by showing several options. I got a great deal on my purchase. I also mentioned replacing my birthstone ring. She also showed me available pieces. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Also, the Zales team at this location are super helpful, friendly and professional.

We worked with Marten the 1st time around and he was a delight. The 2nd time around we started with a lady that didn’t know what she was talking about then Marten stepped in. If we ever need jewelry again we are going here and requesting Marten.

We had years of paperwork to go through and needed pictures on all of our jewelry. Dana, Dani and Mary were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we worked through everything.

The workers openly will tell you if they think your selection is ugly and then they will show you what THEY like and tell you why it’s better than what you picked out. They will try to talk you out of what you want if they think it’s too cheap or ugly and try to up sell you on something double or triple the price, or just pick out something completely different that they like. Don’t waste your time going here it’s like talking to a wall and they do not care what style you like what your budget is or anything they only want to sell you the products THEY pick out and they like. Very rude and insulting
