Arrived at 0900 hrs for my 1200 hrs appointment. They gave me a door right away and I was unloaded by 0945 hrs.
Professionalism. Courtesy. Speed. That describes these people at this facility.

Delivery dry van load. Was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Got the door right the way. Was empty in less then an hour. OVERNIGHT PARKING??? There is NO gate. So I think you can stay overnight if you come late night.

Employees are always pleasant do anything to help work with you on your appointment time early so that's a good thing the only thing is when you put in your MapQuest it doesn't say WOW logistics so you might get tangled up at first I wish the brokers would change that so as drivers can find it right away I know the first Time near me and another guy drove around for like 20 minutes and finally figured it out ha personal is awesome

If you are late for your appointment you will have to wait all day to get unloaded. Lake you can predict all traffic and construction on the road,or getting load late but they make you appointment early morning. They unloading only one truck at the time.Took 2 hour for each. Locals come and go .There are no more OTR trucks and they still not calling me in.I have feeling that they enjoy giving you a hard time.Will never take a load to here again.
