We recently had the pleasure to work with Wonder Sign for the sign in front of our business and we must say that their work exceeded our expectations! It is high-quality and very eye-catching from the highway and frontage roads. We couldn't recommend Wonder Sign enough!

Joel and his team are amazing! I had a new sign installed by his team. Due to the weather or some reason my sign had stopped working. I emailed Joel and his staff was on the job repairing my sign. With all the variables such as issues with the trucks or short of staff, Joel still managed to send someone to resolve the issue. You and your team are much appreciated!!!

Customer service and pricing is great. My workplace used Wonder Sign for our front door decals. Great quality and service throughout. We also got the decal very quickly. I would recommend working with them and hope we get the change to work with them again in the future.

Poor communication, didn't value my business at all. Told them my time schedule I needed answers by and totally disregarded it. I wanted to continue to give them business because my family has done a ton in the past. When I told them I was going to look elsewhere, they made no attempt to keep our business. Just told us good luck. I own a business myself and if my customers tell me that I am doing whatever I can to keep that business. I could not be more unimpressed by the lack of communication and professionalism. You don't have to tell someone you don't want their business, they can tell through others actions or lack of.You're right you didn't tell me you didn't want my business, but that was my perception thru out the process. When a waiter or waitress isn't available to wait on your table because they're too busy they need to find a way to take care of those customers (whether it is having the manager go over or just finding a way).2. Yes it is my right to go elsewhere but you could have cared less. When my customers tell me that 99% of the time I pull them back in.3. I am not directing this at you personally. Your gal at the front desk ( when I called to follow up) told me I was emailing her too much. (well maybe if I would have gotten a yes or no answer if you guys could do the project throughout one whole biz day, I wouldn't have had to keep following up). She kept saying "my guys are worried about this or about that" "my guys want to know what went wrong the first try" well, she told me one of you would call me. That never happened. I asked her when she expected you in Monday. She said you're coming off Vaca but shouldn't be too long. Still never got a call from her or anyone. But, then you email me saying we can for sure do it and it's no worries. Why wasn't that messaged relayed to her? Why wouldn't she bring to your attention this customer wants to do business and needs VERY SIMPLE answers by end of business day Tuesday? You got back to me right away but she couldn't get your attention for five minutes to ask you simple questions? She literally did nothing to move the process forward.
