Went across town after dealing with a full branch with, again, you guessed it, ONE TELLER. What this tells me is Wells Fargo feels it should make money for doing NOTHING. Charge you to hold your cash and hold it hostage. Awesome.This is Friday. At 1PM. They have one cashier for lobby AND drive through combined. This is robbery.

Walker was incredible. He called prior to my appointment. He had my bank statement printed, sorted, and highlighted. He was able to reduce fees significantly. He made calls to reverse automated payments putting money back into my account to help my current financial situation. He related to me on a personal level to feel better about my current issues as well as gave me tips for a better financial future. He is following up with me via phone to check in on how things are going with me. Great demeanor, very professional. In a world that’s so difficult to find this service, he is what you want. Excellent & outstanding. Thank you Walker!

If you are African American. Don't go there. I was asked for 5 points of identification to take out $1000 of my money. My money! Think. My money. As a traveling construction worker, in the 39 states I've been to over 10 years. I've never been treated that way. In the southern states they still give you your money. I immediately left the job and green bay. I'm ok with disrespectful discrimination. You don't give me my money I WORKED for? It's time to go...smh

Extremely slow customer service. All I wanted to do was deposit a check into an accountand it took almost 30 minutes to get help.

Horrible. They shut the Howard branch down and never money in ATM. You need to go all way to branch off Military and wait in line. Closing my accounts and going to Community First. Never shut their branches with COVID excuse.

I've switched banks since moving to a new area, but they customer service at this specific location of Wells Fargo cannot be beat. The staff is always super friendly, willing to help me with anything at all, and making sure every visit is satisfactory.

Whatever I have to come here these staff is always friendly and courteous and efficient and qualified. The manager has always been able to help me out with anything that I needed including transferring a car title out of state. order Euros for a trip. Transferring Ira here.

Worst manager ever. Problem is buy the time they figure it out a new one will be in her place and last maybe 6-12 months. Go any place just dont bank with wells fargo. High manager turn over!
