I am definitely going to be changing banks. Wells Fargo continuously closes ATM locations and drive though options. I couldn't even do my banking to make a deposit at this location. The ATM wouldn't allow it and the drive through is closed. I work all week so this is highly inconvenient. I feel banks are forcing us into electronic banking slowly.

This place is nice. It is just a bank. It gives free coffee and lolly pops. Perfect for that fact alone. Would be nice if they could bring back the coin counter though.

Very poor service and understaffed.i live in Florida and wanted to close my safety deposit box was told had to make appointment. Can't do going back early am. To bad. So my son will have to do it although he works all week. They need to close this branch if cant do better. I had to wait 20 minutes or more to cash check as someone else was complaining.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this branch - tellers are always professional, friendly, helpful and the bankers have been most helpful every time I've needed to work with them.

Why do you open so late and close so early if you only offer drive thru service. You should have ALL lanes open at a minimum and have extended hours to accomodate people!! I have been in line for 15 minutes and have not moved in line yet!

I had my business loan approved. Went in to finalize the paperwork and they changed their mind how much money I had to put down. They doubled it. Needless to say I didn't have that much so I did not get the loan. The business that I would have bought is making about $500,000 per year now.

I'd give them a zero star if I could. My father passed away, and many months later, I finally received a letter saying I was to inherit some account...but was given zero details. Not knowing the law, I went in to this location, where I was summarily dismissed. They couldn't tell me anything without my dad's death certificate. Okay, reasonable. So I acquired that, and returned to the same location. Now granted, I didn't make an appointment, but I only needed someone to let me know what kind of thing I was inheriting. Would've taken them 5 minutes to look up the info for me. After waiting AN HOUR, one of the 2 bankers was finally free. Before even glancing at me, she pulled one of the tellers into her office, and started visibly shouting at the poor guy. 15 minutes later, a wealthy couple came in. They had to wait, too. Another 15 minutes passed, and one of the 2 bankers left. The place was closing. After an HOUR AND A HALF total wait time, the only remaining banker finally let the distraught teller leave...and promptly invited the rich couple into her office. ?!?! One of her employees even walked over and whispered that we'd been waiting a LONG time....much longer than the upscale folks. At that point, I was too upset to do anything but stand up and walk out. I ended up having one of the CSR's at my bank contact Wells Fargo for me, and handle everything.

My very 1st experience with this particular Wells Fargo bank branch was terrific, as the 1st teller I encountered was perfectly professional & nice, (which caused me to desire to someday open a checking account there), So the day came when I decided to take the plunge, (regardless that I've read so many bad reviews & have a couple relatives who really dislike this bank based upon personal experiences). My 3 following experiences with Wells Fargo, (this location, online, & more), were NOT impressive at all. I left the bank with the feeling, that I will never feel safe doing any business with this bank .... as they repeatedly proved that, 'the left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing'.
