Yo no me puedo quejar, excelente atención al cliente, muy amable el personal, hoy estuve en esta sucursal universidad la señorita que me atendió muy profesional y sus explicaciones muy claras y muy paciente cuando le hacía una pregunta , me mostró detenidamente como funciona cada cuenta, como se maneja el app etc, les recomiendo que visiten esta sucursal

Very bad customer service by the worker Pilar, she was very rude with my dad, as soon as he came in this woman had a bad attitude towards him and his wife. Very disappointed. If a worker does not have a good attitude towards anyone then they shouldn’t be worried in customer service.

Bilingual greeting cozy lobby leading up to amazing knowledgeable friendly staff that are not only friendly but amazingly quick. With the new convenience of the location it's an excellent choice for quality banking.

Horrible horrible service. This branch is the worst in the area. Long waits in the line while bank tellers just having conversations with each other and doing nothing. The workers are punch of un educated and inexperienced Latino workers probably illegally entered the country. Wells Fargo has to do something about this branch.

I only have to use an ATM once a month, and that's when I need to take money out for rent. Every time I come here to use the ATM, it's not working. This is the only Wells Fargo anywhere near the area leaving me no choice but to make multiple withdrawals at a third-party ATM and get charged by the bank for every single one. I'm starting to suspect this is a ploy by the bank to charge people more money by having to use alternative ATMs... At this point, they might as well get rid of it. Coming to the Bank during the day for a withdrawal isn't optional because you guys close before I get done with work. Just can't win

Horrible experience with this bank. Poor at setting expectations, poor at setting honest timeline, poor at communication, and poor in integrity. Person handling the account locked everyone else in the equation out. No effort to contact employee who left to give them my sensitive information. I own multiple businesses, worked with countless banks over 25 years. I have NEVER experienced such incompetence as I have with this Wells Fargo. The excuse that they gave is they can't get into the files of the employee that left is ridiculous. Those files are company property, and even if that were the case why not offer me the option of resubmitting verses waiting . Almost 2 weeks waiting! This just solidifies this is the worst bank in the area. If you are looking for a bank go elsewhere where competence is a prerequisite of being hired. I'm not even sure they can handle simple personal accounts after this experience. Wow!!!

I was given a bank draft check by Carmax, payable by Wells Fargo bank. I called and asked how to cash it and they mentioned I needed to have two forms of ID. I went into the branch and was told I could not cash it, and rather that it had be deposited into an account. I asked if I opened an account, if I could deposit the funds and withdraw them right away, and was told that I could. I then opened and account online, which failed, then opened another, and both opened overnight. I went into the branch again this morning with check and ID’s in hand, and they deposited the check into my account, and when I asked to withdraw the funds they said there is a 7 day hold, keep in mind the funds were drafted and payable by WELLS FARGO, so there should be zero hold necessary. The branch manager was extremely rude, and when I asked how else to work through this, he replied “ain’t gonna happen”. Being in customer service, sales, management myself, that was the last way I was expecting a leader to respond and address a 2 day ongoing issue. Needless to say, the accounts were closed, the deposit was voided and I am now working with my own bank to receive my funds. Very poor execution, was told by multiple people during the process what needed to be done, and when I followed those guidelines, there was just another excuse as to why a check in my name, deposited into a Wells Fargo account, could not have funds made available.

Called 8 times today, 6 times yesterday, all diffrent times not a single person will answer a phone, not the 1st time ive delt with poor service here guess its time to find a bank that cares about more than my money

I have made over a dozen deposits for our business at the location on University Ave. Ever time I try to make a deposit it takes extremely long. Current wait, writing this while in line, is 20 minutes behind only one car the whole time

Terribly poor banking, do not use if you are a business customer as they are unable to service accounts in any way that is reliable or useful for small businesses.
