I have ordered from E-Bay and had my product delivered from Walmart. It is very upsetting !! They leave my order outside when they could easily have opened the door and left it inside of the apt building. The last order was just thrown on the ground and no notification that it was delivered. This has happened at least 4 times now. There is NO respect for the customers at all. In the first place I ordered for E-Bay and expected my order to come through E-Bay NOT for walmart. If the drivers can't deliver a package the right way than what they certainly are not doing a good job. The last delivery didn't even have a name on it so no one here would have even known who the product was for.

This is the NICEST Walmart I've ever been in. I'm from Madison and our Walmarts are never this clean . There was staff that was very helpful. Someone standing waiting for you to check out. So friendly. I've never left a Walmart more satisfied.

Such GREAT customer service!!! Got here at 9:45am... there was two customers ahead of me and both employees were helping the customers while that lady was doing whatever she was doing... as I was just standing there... i don't know if she thought I just wanted to hangout at the cashier part of the automotive dept... must be like a cool thing for people to do?!! Idk... so she finally asked what I needed that literally took 2 seconds... she then tells me... it's gonna be a 2 hour wait to get an oil change cause there's 2 cars ahead of me... I'm like ok that's fine... No wonder why it's a 2 hour wait to get an oil change and for the last 30 mins!!! They could had been done changing the oil on my car... but spent it chatting about their personal life ... great employees and customer service you have Walmart

Honeslty this is the nicest Walmart I've been to. Clean, stocked, and great customer service. No complaints or bad experiences for myself.

im always amazed at how poorly the customer is treated. i went.in looking for a few items and all the employees did was give me an about spot where to find things. the cashier.couldnt be bothered to greet me or ask if i found what i was looking for

It's decent. Just your standard Walmart and mostly everything you need is available give or take a few things here and there. I don't shop there anymore due to finding better offerings. However, if you need to get something in a pinch, they probably have it. They don't accept Apple Pay or Android Pay. They have their own Walmart Pay offering. But, it's a bit of a pain for me as I like to have paper receipts.

Auto service. Got my oil changed and after it leaked. Took it back and they changed it again. Still leaked. I asked if it was the drain plug or filter leaking. They said no. They told me I had to take it to a regular auto repair shop at my own cost. Took it to auto aces and low and behold the drain plug and filter were leaking. They don't stand behind their work and the shop manager was not helpful at all. Lesson learned. They would get zero stars if I could.

It's your typical Walmart. Same deals, same prices, same layout, same busy parking lot. Bathrooms are always a hit or miss. Depending on whomever is in charge of keeping them stocked and cleaned. Not too much to say about Walmart. This business does do one thing right though, it's consistency! I do enjoy the way they cater to the town they are in or the state they are in by selling products and clothing that caters to the state's sports teams.

The customer service is crappy. Over filled. Prices are eh. In the past I've had okay shopping time there but today was the worst. Also you could barley find anyone to help us.

My daughter loves this store. For me its ok. I like to come here to look at things some deals and prices are great! Customer service area needs some updates with their manners and operations. But what did I expect from a Walmart.

As far as Walmarts go this is your run of the mill Walmart, but I do like their large selection of Packer swag! They have quite a large selection! The store is easily laid out as well. HINT: pharmacy is in the middle of the store basically. When I'm only going in for one thing like a script it's tough to walk in and only go to the pharmacy and not grab some make up or snack food #selfcontrol The struggle is real. Good job Walmart.

As far as Walmarts go this one is clean, organized and easy to maneuver. The parking lot is always a mess to get through though. If you need to stop in to grab something quick they tend to have most grocery items or house hold items you need. They are the cheapest place to buy items but not always the best quality.

This Walmart is so busy but the employees are always friendly and they usually have what I need! 1 star off because sometimes their pizza is way too brown, but it's really good when it isn't.

Worst service ever. The front desk would tell me they didn't have an item and then fake call other stores to look like they are assisting. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

Today I was leaving the store after purchasing a few large item Christmas gifts. All of a sudden, the person who was greeting people coming into the store was in my face "DEMANDING" not asking for my receipt. I said "My what?", he said "Your receipt, I want to make sure that toy house is on there". I said "Its right there" and pointed to it on the receipt. I do not mind having my receipt checked as large items, I am told, are taken from the store but, I DO mind when it is "demanded" in a rude and unfriendly manner. It is not what you say, it is HOW you say it!
