No point in going to this store unless you just want to buy something, they're a satellite store and dont have the capacity to actually do anything about serious issues regarding your plan. Staff was rude, gatekept helpful information, accused me of fraud and treated me like a criminal.

We are not from Green Bay. We had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Ben at the Verizon Wireless the Mason Street location in Green Bay. Ben’s knowledge of the products and services offered, especially the iPhone 15, was impressive. He guided us through the process of porting my husband’s number over to Verizon with utmost professionalism and expertise.What truly stood out was Ben’s patience and willingness to assist us throughout our visit. Although we were at the store for an extended period, we expected this due to the various services we needed. Thanks to Ben’s guidance and insights, we not only upgraded my husband’s phone the iPhone 15, but also made the decision to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. We also decided to switch our landline from another carrier to Verizon and our home internet provider because why not bundle and this business was wonderful!Ben’s knowledge, professionalism, and patience made our visit a highly satisfying and productive one. We left the store feeling confident and grateful for the outstanding assistance we received from Ben. Kudos to him and the Verizon team at the Mason Street location in Green Bay!

I went with friend her cell place. She had a wonderful guy clerk really took his time didn't rush us . Had nice extra conversation .explained everything to her . I really liked him I can't think of name dark hard Sat at last desk on left size. I highly recommend him love this guy I waant even there for me my friend

Got my wife a new iPhone and added a line. Outstanding service! Verizon rep was very knowledgeable and knocked out all requirements quickly. I'm waiting on new Google Pixel and will definitely return to this store for the purchase. Just retired from the US Army, but I maintain the military discount. Thank you for taking care of service members and Veterans!

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron yesterday, a Sunday. He came in especially for 2 appointments, the second one was mine. I had a very unique problem that he had never seen before and met the challenge undaunted.He was very personable, organized and gave me wonderful service. He layed out all my options/choices, allowing me to do what was best for me and my situation. Since I had come back Sunday from my walk-up the Saturday night before, he rewarded me with a charger block to use with my new phone. I didn't expect that! So appreciated!He is relaxed yet extremely professional. I highly recommend working with Aaron and his colleagues.

well my helper was Ben and he helped me downgrade my phone no questions asked. the environment was friendly and relaxed and workers didn't seem stressed out. everything i needed to be done was done if a timely manner. i really appreciated my time here and this will probably be the only location i come to even tho im kinda an annoying customer

My boyfriend and I went in to have him switched over to my phone plan and for us both to get a new phone. We worked with Ben and he was amazing! Listened to what we wanted/needed, gave us appropriate and helpful suggestions but did not push sales down our throats that were not necessary or wanted. My old phone took a little longer to transfer everything over to my new phone but during this process it was really nice being able to have a genuine conversation with Ben! Super sweet guy and great company to be in! He will definitely be our Verizon guy for any future phone situations(:

I made the huge mistake of switching to puretalk. After two very frustrating days of trying to get my phone switched over to a new carrier, I gave up and went back to Verizon. Once there, I had the pleasure of working with Zach. He was very professional, and although it took a couple of hours to clean up puretalks mess, he got my phone back to working again! Thank you Zach! Lesson learned!

I have to say that my initial visit was not a positive one. My mother was sold a phone that was not in her best interest. It didn’t even work the next day or week to follow. We went back and were helped by Kelsey who set my mom up with the same type of phone she had before and informed us of the current promotion which the other woman did not. We were very appreciative of Kelsey’s knowledge and helpfulness. She actually sat with us for 3 HOURS to fix the mistakes the initial woman made. Thank you Kelsey for a job WELL DONE!
