I had a package out for delivery to my customer. It was “missing” from the time the carrier scanned it to be delivered and out on their truck. The driver claims they lost it. I contacted the post office as well as my client and they basically said they have no idea. They will not return calla back to me or hold the carrier responsible! Be aware and report if you have packages taken by this post office as well.

Yesterday a box I was waiting was on delivered to the wrong house 5 blocks away. I had to contact the sender who sent it to find out where it was. Then had to make a walk to go find and get it it back. This wouldn't have never happened if whomever was delivering it payed attention to the address. No excuse for being lazy and making things hard on customers ever. That was just lazy !!!!

Around 3pm 6/13, The lady who was working the counter was rude and gave me a stupid look when handing her a big bill, proceeded to ask me if I had anything smaller I said no and then commented, "you're gonna take all my money". Very unprofessional and this individual should learn how to be more friendly and respectful.

When I'm onsite they've handled everything with respect and friendliness. The line at times can be a little long but they keep it moving.On the delivery side the regular postal workers usually do a good job delivering the packages. But sometimes the non-regular delivery people deliver packages to the wrong address. I've at times received medical and legal letters from other people. I mark wrong address and send them back to the postal service. But it happens more than I like it to.

When you call them it automatically goes to a voice messenger and not a actual person and it asks you a bunch of questions you’re not even looking for. Then when it suggests something you want it doesn’t even bring it up and says other things you didn’t say. Once i can get my package redelivered or go get it myself i’m never getting delivery from ups ever again, it is ridiculous.

Worst experience ever. They’re all judgy and make comments about how incompetent you are. Give you mean faces and once I left I heard all the staff members laughing.

On 2 seperate occasions they delivered my package to wrong address and then say they were unable to access driveway, i live in an apartment building and usps has access to it with a code.

This is the worst automated system I have ever dealt with! The site doesn’t provide a direct telephone number and after dealing with the worst automated system to get the number they don’t answer it anyway and their voicemail box is full. Absolutely Awful and such a waste of time.

I don't usually leave reviews for places but honestly this was the worst experience with customer service ever. I was nearly in tears and on the verge of an anxiety attack in the lobby. When I walked through the door I was greeted by a very rude member of the staff who was unnecessarily hostile the entire time. I try to be as understanding as possible and I get that they might have been having a bad day at work and just wanted to finish the day; However, talking down to someone and (once again) being hostile is inexcusable. I'm sorry for anyone who has to package from here. I hope the member of staff who "helped" me today has a better day tomorrow and truly I hope they realize how much their actions/words impact others.
