This is the worst Post office in all of greenbay. The lady with the red hair color in the window is so rude, so mean, so racist. Why is she so mean to customers, if she doesn’t like her job she should find another job. Pathetic!

Always have an incredible experience with the staff at this post office. I stop in on walks with my dogs and they are very accommodating.

Employee #60 was so rude she wouldn't give me her name after we raising her voice at several patrons and laughing as I asked for her supervisor's name. She replied "I don't have one" while she laughed. Her supervisor, she said after that isn't at this location, his name is Jake and he's at another location. Terrible service, she seemed both racist and rude. I called the other GB location to speak with Jake and couldn't get through, I will be following up tomorrow at the Coffrin location to find Jake, the mysterious supervisor.

Extremely rude staff especially the one with red hair. Threw the form at me and acted as if I was becoming a problem when I had questions regarding misinformation I was given by the post office. Very unhelpful and immediately short tempered. Overheard in line by a different employee to another customer that he needed to drop his things off and not wait in line cause there's only one employee at the counter. Felt it was rude and honestly its your job. Needs more staffing obviously but who would want to work with these people.

My USPS mail carrier, Heidi, is the kindest, most caring, and efficient mail person I’ve ever had in my entire life. She goes above and beyond, always has a smile on her face, and even checks in with the clients she delivers to! I cannot say possibly enough about how amazing Heidi is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very racist and rude. I waited patiently in line for one stamped envelope while everyone was mailing packages and when it was my turn, the lady walked away when I walked up not saying anything. I didn't get I'll be right with you or give me a minute..... nothing. I awkwardly stood there for 5 minutes as she comes and go to the window without saying anything to me. I felt so embarrassed and then enventually politely walked out. But before I can turn around after leaving the window she was back at the window.The lady was white old with long black hair. I hope they have a meeting on how to treat ppl of color.
