If you would’ve told me id be leaving a 5 star review at the end of this whole ordeal i would've called you crazy. Between having to navigate my way through UPS automated system just to be able to talk to a real person and then to get a person on the line i can’t understand, i almost lost it! My sons birthday is tomorrow and i was expecting the last piece to his pc to arrive today just in time. Unfortunately we did not hear the driver knock and they left with the package. I tried to have it dropped off at a UPS facility but do to restrictions from sender that wasn’t available. Long story short i contacted the sender and had it changed. Every agent i talked to at UPS said they couldn’t get my package delivered and only could make a note. Luckily i received a call from Richard Barber who not only assured me he could get my package delivered to the customer center but also talked to me like a real person not just some one reading from a script. Thank you so much Richard you made my sons bday that much better!

Tracking said out for delivery and delivery attempted. Twice. Ups has been here many times but 2 days in a row they can't find me. I heard the truck drive by my driveway. No attempt was made and now I have to go to UPS and pick up.

I had one of the worse experiences with this center then I have ever had with any other center I've encountered/dealt with in my entire life. This is 100% no exaggeration either, I provide nothing but honest reviews based on my experiences. This place and it's employees I would avoid like the plague if I were you. I am by heart a nice person and called this center with some concerns, I was never rude or mean once. However, that was not the case from the UPS employees. I was spoken to so despicably by these employees- it was borderline harassment, 100%. Due to the shock and how disturbed I was by this, I literally started tearing up over the phone. When the employees heard the tears in my voice, they actually even got even worse and started to ridicule me. I can safely say my interactions with this "business" and it's "employees" was the worst experience I've ever had with a business and its employees. This place does not even deserve one star, unfortunately I cannot leave less then one star, but the most accurate rating would be definitely be 0/5 stars.

The fella working at the counter was by far the most helpful person I have ever encountered working in customer service. The corporate ups "help center" told me I could pick up a missed delivery at this location, after going through a bunch of hullabaloo with a person in a far away call center. I got there and the lobby was full of folks in the same boat as me. The counter guy was very helpful and even though anybody else would've told me to pound sand, he went out of his way to find the truck in back and get my stuff. He was obviously working without any help and with a broken system from a corporate standpoint, but he still went above and beyond for everybody there. Really saved my butt.

I like the people inside of this establishment. They are friendly and helpful. My current beef is that the driver could not, did not read the 1" letters that said "PERISHABLE" "LIVE QUEEN BEES" "KEEP OUT OF SUN" on both sides of the package (medium size envelope) and put the package on the southside of the house on an aluminum threshold in the sun. Needless to say, I have a big problem on my hands because they could not READ! Come on now, you can do better than that!
