Came to do a “quick” return today and there is one person processing returns and over 20 people waiting. Absolutely not, my time is worth something and waiting inline for an hr is not it. I waited over 15 minutes and the line had not moved at all nor did anyone come to assist this poor employee handling all of these people.

New owner and employees today! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Top notch service. Polite, friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommend. Kept the line moving during the 5:00 pm rush hour! Impressive!

I used to go here often for Amazon returns, UPS My Choice deliveries and general UPS shipping needs. Since the new ownership, that has changed and will go to another location going forward. The last Amazon return was stated on the Amazon website as (No Box, No Label) return. Well that was false and have never had an issue before. Was charged by store to ship the return back. Now, I cannot even have a UPS My Choice delivery routed to this location. This location is no longer an option. Just be weary, and go somewhere else, as things have changed at this location for the worst.

Sucks since new owners took over. Took 25 min to stamp my envelopes and drop them in the mail. Everyone acts clueless and no one knows English. Won’t be returning
