I went to this UPS to return multiple products to Amazon. One of the staff, Percy, helped me with the transactions. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely come back here.

This UPS store is usually pretty good. Today, however, there was a grumpy, older guy, who was just rude. He mumbled extremely fast, scowled the whole time and appeared to want everyone gone. It was steady, but not too busy. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he ruined my opinion of this UPS store. I won't go there again.

The staff at this particular UPS Store are incredible. I had to ship a bulky bird house and Steve went out of his way to find the most economical delivery method while ensuring that the it was packaged in a way that would protect the bird house. It’s hard to find such personable customer service these days and caring people like Steve.

It's been twice in the last 4 months that two separate packages from separate shippers have been delivered at the wrong address and based on the delivery pictures, to the same house. I've filed claims both times and they've both ended up as package unable to be located and instructions for me to contact the shipper. Whoever is getting my packages is lucky I guess.
UPDATE FROM 01/30/2025 - My replacement package has AGAIN been delivered to that wrong address. So it's been 3 packages now in the last 4 months.

Their printing service was impressive. I was in a panic and needed invitations printed with envelopes asap. They were able to print the invitations and were ready for pick up within the hour. Both the clerk and the printer were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great attitudes. This is one of the best, most efficient shipping stores. I've been there often for shipping and returns. Their ability to get people in and out quickly is amazing. Highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with the UPS store on Allouez Ave. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your shipping and printing needs.

This location is the best! I have done printing and shipping here and the quality of service is top notch. I don’t go to any other location because I know that when I come here, I’m going to receive excellent service. Steve is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!
