Your operations Manager is not a people person. He's not interested in helping you. I asked him to wrap a light in bubble wrap. He told me I would need a different box. I explained to him that this is the box it came in with bubble wrap. He immediately told me, if I send it in this box, it's not covered for damage. Your C/S is garbage. Learn how to treat people! Other teammates in this branch are wonderful. Maybe you should learn from them. What a joke.

Was in the area for about a week and needed something printed fast on a Sunday.
Unfortunately it was somewhat of a specialty thing and i was told they would be able to help me on Monday... But the guy working, Percy, gave it a go anyway to try to help me get it done.
It didn't work out, but Percy was great and I super appreciate his effort. He was very nice and went above and beyond and I'm super grateful for him attempting it.

Stopped in to drop off four packages with QR codes to scan from my phone. Apparently, one of the packages didn't meet their requirements, so I put it in a different box. I was then told I would have to pay a dollar for a 6 inch piece of tape to seal the new box. Really? You just got 4 packages that are generating revenue, but can't give a a few inches of tape as a courtesy? I left with the box and will supply my own tape. I'd rather spend $5 on gas to drive back and forth than give them another dime.

Although I have been pleased to receive five star service here in the past from other employees, I am trying to be fair by balancing those experiences with the zero star service I received from the tall older man who assisted me today. I was shipping a parcel with expensive contents and was just trying to watch to see that the shipping label and packing list were attached to the Box. He literally dismissed me. Twice. The reason I was trying to make sure was because I have had several issues Amazon returns from this UPS location. Also, the door at this location is a pull door instead of a push which makes it difficult when you are struggling to get into the facility with a box or boxes in your hands. I will be doing the majority of my Amazon returns at Kohl's as a result of the experience with this rude man today.
