If you stopped using the Main Street Unhaul and Storage Facility atAny point in the last few years... I'm here to tell you ITS SAFE TO GO HOME NOW! New management and a new energy has done wonders. Chelsey has done a complete 180 with this location. And Sara and Chelsey together are a U-Haul customers dream team duo! I rent from U-Haul about 8 times a year for projects and I ran into multiple issues with previous managment that was time consuming to say the least. This is my second time working with these two and I honestly could not be happier. They WILL RAPIDLY SOLVE YOUR ISSUES, without blaming you for them or using a condensending tone with you.Cheers to U-Haul for massively leveling up your Main St location! Thank you! I would have never thought "U-Haul Management" could effect my life in such a grand scale.

I've rented several trailers from this location and it's always been an easy and seamless process. Charity, Tyler and Xavier are super friendly and helpful and they will take great care of you.

Andrew was very nice and helpful. Get got me out of the store in no less in then 10mins. He walked me through the process. Over all great service will come again.

My wife who is pregnant went to the main store to get a bundle of 20 medium sized boxes and was told they had none even though the site at the time stated 367 boxes in there inventory. I even checked before writing this review to be sure and it was still the same number. the workers were obviously too lazy to do the job and help a pregnant lady out. Luckily the East town mall one was able to help.

The people here work hard and are quick to help. During this recession when people are being paid nothing for the cost of inflation I'm glad to know thete are still people in customer service who want a respectable name. Not every day is perfect and not every person is in the best mood in life but we can at least try. The few times I've been to this location I'm happy that they try hard.

Rented a 6’x12’ trailer for a local move. Phillip Jackson helped check the trailer out to me and back in later in the day. Very professional, efficient and kind. Have rented from other U-Haul locations before. By far the best! Will make this my go to for pickup and drop off in the area.

I have never had a good uhaul experience. They are such a terrible company, but this place was amazing. The owner is just a different type of person. Shockingly good experience!

I am so so SO beyond impressed with the employees and experience I had a this location. I at first wanted to bring a 3rd party hitch and ended up changing my mind to get the lifetime warranty they offered. I ended up calling 3 times, I felt like a bother and they were so kind and thoughtful and assured me it was truly their pleasure to help. They were able to schedule an appointment the within days of my first call and preform the installation promptly and with care. Thai was so kind and even gave me a discount on an older part (last years model) that was still functional and looked great. With customer service today, I don’t expect much, my experience at the U haul on 700 Main Street in Green Bay has forever changed my views. I 1000% recommend.

Terrible service in all its locations, they take too long to attend and solve the problem, and when propane gas is needed it is always out of service or there is someone to fill the tanks, terrible service, not recommended
