Wonderful experience. Nicky? a super nice and
knowledgeable black haired woman, helped me with a few additions to our home. She greeted us with a big smile and showed us the layout of the store. She then offered to plant our few selections on pots with moss for a very minimal extra charge. Will be back soon!

They should seriously tell customers not to touch the plants. I was given no warnings whatsoever and even hours later I am still filled with painful blisters. This is the worst experience I've ever had in any store. The clerk was really irresponsible to not earn me about it when she clearly knows we can end up with blisters. I work with my hands and this is horrible! Stay away from this place unless you want to have painful blisters by barely touching 3 plants. I showed her I had blisters and didn't care much, only have me a piece of tape to try to get rid of those.

Today I stopped at The Plant People for the first time. Let me just say this is the best shop I've ever been too. There is such a variety of houseplants, pots and other care items. They are also a floral design center.I was welcomed and helped by Nina, who is super knowledgeable on plants as well as design ideas.Thank you for all the help today, I will definitely be coming here from now on for all my plant care needs.??

This place was vary nice to visit. Vary nice plants and flower ? ? pots to choose from. Vary nice cactuses to choose from, big and small and plants too. Fresh cut flowers too. Vary different plants to pick from.

Such a cute place to shop. Wonderful selection of plants. I went their with a picture of a really old houseplant, and I didn't know the name of it, showed one lady and knew it instantly! Very helpful and very knowledgeable! Prices are acceptable and fair. A must visit for any plant lover.

Rude customer service. Wouldn’t let us use restroom. Then looked under my babies blanket who was sitting in his car seat without asking permission. Don’t go here unless you wanna be harassed about stealing.

Huge selection of plants! And all extremely well priced. A good combination of rare and more common ones. The saleswoman was knowledgeable and very helpful and her love for plants was clear. Next time I am in Wisconsin, I will be making a special trip here!

Great place with amazing inventory!! Staff is soooooo knowledgeable & willing to share it with customers. Also tons of patience for someone like me who is just learning the whole houseplant world! Prices are great!! Can you ever have too many plants?
