I recently had the best tamales in town at La Popular. The style they do is Guatamalan Tamales, which have chicken, tomatoes, a hint of vinegar and little kick of spice. The also have a meat counter, a taco and torta bar (for a quick to go lunch) and probably the largest selection of central/south american food in Green Bay.
