Electrician showed up, explained our issue with our exhaust fan in bathroom. He figured it out but told me he could not fix issue because they didn’t have an outlet to replace it with. YES JUST A SIMPLE RE WIRE OF AN OUTLET. Said he would have to get his bosses approval to replace & get new parts which would take “all day” so he said just do this yourself & left. Do not recommend this company!!

It's rare to find businesses with this level of customer service anymore. I heard about them through Next Door, and hired them to install an electrical outlet in my tiny bathroom. They answered the phone when I called, which isn't super common anymore (so many businesses either go to voice mail or we're put on hold). When they came to do the work, it was quick and well done! The fee was reasonable too. I will absolutely do business with them again whenever I need electrical services.

Needed our bath fan installed to replace our existing one, got a call with a quote unseen first red flag. Sent someone to do the job, we needed an extra wire run for night light on fan, they never discussed price again they left without charging us, second red flag. sent us a bill for 2 1/2 xmore than quoted. Watch this if your on a budget and relying on quote!

HORRIBLE Company. My mother called them back in April because she only had power to one side of her house. She was told they would be out as soon as possible. They FINALLY called to tell her they would be out on May 30th (A month and a week after the initial call). They came out on May 30th but DIDN'T fix the entire issue. They didn't get her wasjer and dryer outlets hooked up. Or ANYTHING on the powerless side of the house. She was told they would contact her on Friday June 1st. Never did. On Monday June 4th, she called and left a message. No return call. Tuesday June 5th, she called and left a message. No return call. Wednesday June 6th, she called and left a message, then called back 10 minutes later because she forgot to leave her number, and Jeff answered. He told her his boss would call her later Wednesday, after he got in at 12pm. He FINALLY called about 3pm and gave her the same sob story as to why it took so long, as he did the THE FIRST TIME. He said someone could get her washer and dryer ready on Friday June 8th but that it would be June 11th or 12th for the rest of it.
I understand that LIFE happens but, maybe you shouldn't be in business if it's going to take 2 months from the ORIGINAL call, and you STILL don't have the issues resolved. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
