I had a problem with an order that I thought I had placed, but never received a confirmation. I had certificates to use and a special BOGO. The staff checked and rechecked where my order had gone, and it was concluded that even though I had brought my paperwork trail with me, alas no order could be found and of course, the BOGO offer had expired. BUT not to worry, because the staff placed the order for me and called upper management to be able to use the certificates and BOGO that had expired. Very pleased with the store staff!!!

Great service, friendly staff. They really listen to you and try to stay within your budget! Can’t wait to upgrade our queen to a king! Any other bed we sleep on doesn’t compare to our sleep number.

Our salesman was nice fun and professional. He knew the products well. We didn't come with the plan to purchase that day however we decided to do he would get credit. My only complaint is that when we told him we work nights and wanted our delivery as late as possible there was no way for him to relay that to the delivery team. I think a company this size should be able to make such accomodations.

Note: I did not purchase a bed, but asked the sales rep for the best deal. Initial sales pitch asked me if we had checked out the website online before coming to a store. I had not. After I asked for the best deal on 2 beds and to write a quote, the intial statements in the sales pitch made me wonder and we would have to think about it. I then went online and found one of the 2 beds in the quote priced much less from sleep numbers site vs the price in store. So my word of advise is to check all options before purchased just to make sure. It left a bad taste and we for now are not buying a sleep number bed due to the salespersons negligence on price.Update: salesperson did call to explain closeout pricing online. I did appreciate the explanation, but maybe a learning experience for the sales rep that some people will do research. The explanation made sense and I am happy they called to explain.

We have stopped in this store for accessories, but recently stop in to purchase our THIRD Sleep Number Bed. The sleep expert was professional, and very helpful in helping us select the perfect mattress for our needs. We have had sleep number beds for 20 years and have been very happy with the quality and customer service we have received. Looking forward to our new bed delivery!

Cody was so amazing! We came in about 15 mintues before store closing to look at a new bed. I had been in the store the previous week, but wanted my husband to also try out the beds and listen to Cody explain things. Cody was extremely helpful, took his time, and didn't rush us out of the store. He is a knowledgable young man, listened to our concerns, and answered any questions we had. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive! Thank you to Cody for all the help.

As promised Brian called so I could place my order for remotes for my split king 360 bed as soon as they were available again. Covid shut down production of them which has been very frustrating for us as we struggled with the going online to adjust our bed. We love our bed but the remotes will make it so much easier to operate. Green Bay store. Thank you!

Id give them zero if it was an option it was okay the first few nights sleeping on it but after a few months it kept breaking after normal wear and tare. We tried getting ahold of customer service yet didnt help at all amd made things worse than it did SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!

We bought our sleep number bed a little over five years ago, from this location. Recently we have found it loses its number(firmness) over time. Goes down from set number of 65, down to 40 or less, depending on when I notice getting soft. I found all our paperwork, and we made a visit to our store. Very delighted to get Trenton greeting us upon entering. Explained our issue, and he said that all is covered.We'll be calling number he gave us, and he said a technician usually will be out within a couple days. Thank you again Trenton, you were very friendly and helpful!
